I stumbled upon the restaurant while driving home around 11:00 PM, and I hadn't eaten dinner. I was thinking about going to Olive Garden! Luckily, I found Classic Pizza III just in the nick of time! “The food here is delicious and the staff are trying their best.
Entry into this establishment needs to be revamped. Their current system seems to be self seating.
I noticed multiple people enter and stand in the front end, not sure if they should seat themselves, or wait to be seated. Many people stood for 5-10 minutes before being addressed by the staff.
This place either needs a “seat yourself” sign, or a host/hostess table to fix the issue.
When we entered, we stood for five minutes, weren’t addressed by staff, then sat ourselves down. It was about ten minutes after sitting before anyone acknowledged us.

With that being said, the staff were all very friendly.

“Went for first time 3/3/24 and caught the end of the brunch buffet around 4pm. The food was flavorful, fresh, and overall excellent. Something for everyone in that buffet -it's not overly seasoned, and they had several deserts that use natural sweeteners (like dates and figs) with no added sugar. They keep the food areas very well attended and clean. I will be back again and again, what a great find!“

Appointment and I didn't have a breakfast, so I happen to spot this right around the corner, and I have to say, I've had the best onion, bagel sausage, egg and cheese, sandwich that I've had. “There’s were a lot of fried chicken specials on the menu so I thought it would be a great item to try. I thought it would be a piece of fried chicken, or at least what you think or fried chicken when it is on the menu, and for the price it should have been. I didn’t expect greasy chicken fingers.

Maybe I would go back and try something not on the specials menu, but to me that is a sign of things done cheaply across the board.“

“The bagels are made fresh daily. They sell day old bagels for a discounted price. The eggs are not microwaved, and the meat for the sandwiches are not microwaved either. Everything is made on a short order grill. I drive 30 mins out of my way to have someone ride do it right. I have not found a place within Worcester County that does it this good.

“I visited MA for family vacation from rochester NY. Since I work as chef at golden harvest bakery and cafe, I really impressed their high quality food. The staffs are so awesome. They know how to find a way to communicate since I am deaf. There is no barrier for me. I approved their foods. I do highly recommends everyone to try this restaurant. It is the better way than Texas Brazilian chain restaurants. Their price is very reasonable! $24.99 for buffet while Texas Brazilian is way over $60 (silly). They have great options of protein, vegetable, and other dishes! Let’s support the local business! I give 10 stars! Please take my words well.“

“Not sure why it’s taken so long for me to do a review, as I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I come here at least 1-2x a week.The food is always creative, delicious and fresh. When I want quality food fast, this is my absolute go to. I haven’t had one bad selection yet. To top it off, the employees are super friendly! The location is great and convenient. Only thing I’ll say is, I wish they were open longer!!! :) Otherwise, this place is great in my opinion.“

“Absolutely the best N. Y. Sirloin I have ever tasted. It was thick, tender and favorable, served with a chicken-of-the-woods reduction that was perfectly paired with the steak. Reservations are recommended and the place was full within the first hour of operation. It can be a little noisy, but that's to be expected for an restaurant that is as popular as Romaine's. “Food was really good. The crab rangoon actually had an even filling of imitation crab meat and cream cheese so you can taste the crab. The deep fried chicken wings were definitely seasoned well with southeast asian spices like lemon grass, garlic, & ginger. The pan fried noodles we ordered were also very well balanced unlike other Asian restaurants around here where it is always too salty or too sweet. A nice smoky aroma accompanied the pan fried noodles as well. The beef salad was different from what we were expecting for beef salad in other southeast Asian restaurants but was still surprisingly delicious with its own unique taste. Compliments to the chef. Would definitely come here again to try other dishes on the menu. We went there around 430pm on a Tuesday and the place had only one other customer eating so it was fairly quiet giving you a feel of a private exclusive dinner. I did notice people coming quite frequently to pick up orders so they must be doing something right. Our server was attentive and did check to refill our water and to see if we needed anything. I drive by this place every day and it never seems to have any business but the food definitely surprised me. If the food consistently taste like what we had this place definitely deserves more recognition.“

“We were looking for meatball subs, and New London most definitely delivered. I went with the small size grinder, and without seeing the large side-by-side, I could not have told you what size I received. Half of my sub made for a good leftover lunch the next day. Other members of our party had a chicken gyro, and a salad with tuna. The combination of Greek and Italian items on the menu allowed for substantial choices for everyone. My only quibble was that I did not find ice water available to have with my meal. All the beverage choices seemed to be bottled from a self-service refrigerator case, and single use bottled water is something I will go out of my way to avoid. New London was a pleasant place to eat - they have ample seating to the side of the counter where customers place their orders.“
