Also evening dinner with friends and my husband is always nice. Food, drinks and dessert are very good. Love the cozy Colonial atmosphere and historic aspect of the building. Staff is pleasant and helpful even when very busy. Sometimes there’s a piano player and also went for a blues night during the week in November. Such a treat!\nMy parents used to come here in the 70s, but the food is better now.“

“This was such a cute little cafe. While cramped and small, things were super homey, like a little radio playing jazz and an employee bringing around real silverware. It was set up like a coffee shop, but served tons of breakfast options restaurant style (counter service with diner food).The coffee was served in a mug which always makes the coffee taste better. The lattes also have cute artsy designs on the top which was fun and food was yummy!“

“Went for first time 3/3/24 and caught the end of the brunch buffet around 4pm. The food was flavorful, fresh, and overall excellent. Something for everyone in that buffet -it's not overly seasoned, and they had several deserts that use natural sweeteners (like dates and figs) with no added sugar. “Arugula salad is the best ever! Shrimp cocktail is excellent. The Lobster Guacamole, Spicy shrimp & hummus apps also excellent. Best entrees- Short Rib, Half roasted Chicken, Fish Tacos & their burgers delish. Best desserts: bread pudding - unreal!! & their salted caramel mousse and fresh whipped cream in the mason jar- ( tip may need a cig afterwards)!“

“The bagels are made fresh daily. They sell day old bagels for a discounted price. The eggs are not microwaved, and the meat for the sandwiches are not microwaved either. Everything is made on a short order grill. I drive 30 mins out of my way to have someone ride do it right. I have not found a place within Worcester County that does it this good.

“We tried Nani’s Pizza for dinner tonight and were pleasantly surprised, the red sauce was delicious! We ordered a large sausage and pepperoni pizza that had lots of flavor and was reasonably priced. We also tried a large steak bomb sub holding the peppers due to a food allergy adoing extra mushrooms. There were no surprise peppers and no need to try to find the mushrooms! We are happy customers and Nani’s will be our new go to for a pizza or a sub in Clinton, MA! The items we tried were excellent as was the value. Our first and surely not our last visit! A very welcome addition to Clinton.“

I went with the small size grinder, and without seeing the large side-by-side, I could not have told you what size I received. Half of my sub made for a good leftover lunch the next day. Other members of our party had a chicken gyro, and a salad with tuna. The combination of Greek and Italian items on the menu allowed for substantial choices for everyone. My only quibble was that I did not find ice water available to have with my meal. All the beverage choices seemed to be bottled from a self-service refrigerator case, and single use bottled water is something I will go out of my way to avoid. New London was a pleasant place to eat - they have ample seating to the side of the counter where customers place their orders.“

They were slammed, and I watched many customers come in and out as I watched the football game on their TV and if a customer seemed cool I asked "do you like this place?" (I'm gregarious like that) and every person basically said "oh heck yeah".The person who seemed to be running the show was busting their butt at supersonic speed, and, despite looking swamped, was kind and attentive to my needs. I like when I find pizza/sub shops with vague eastern Europe vibes and this place had all subs available on Syrian bread, so I asked for a Buffalo chicken on Syrian bread.The person working said "that's the first Buffalo chicken I've made in Syrian bread," as in nobody ask asked for it before kind've vibe, but it was everything I hoped it would be.Highly recommend to anybody.“
