Every time we come to Boston we stop at Bova’s Bakery. We decided to see for ourself Boston cream pie which is my husbands favorite has always said Bova’s is the best he ever had.Today we got a slice of Boston Cream pie from Mike’s pastry and Bova’s and YES BOVA’S was definitely the best. I highly recommend the salted caramel cannoli, and the oreo was surprisingly good as well. Classic flavors are done well and my party loved the florentine. The only flavors we didn't care as much for were the nutella and creme brulee.
This is THE spot to get your baked goods, especially the cannolis. Skip Mike's Pastry if you're looking for a good cannoli. These ones taste much better, less sweet and more like ricotta.
