One of the cashier wore glasses in the store is very rude and gives me attitude. I think she’s discriminate. I just asked if have that particular drink, and she said no and impolite to me. Didn’t even let me know once the drink is finish. I have to ask. However, she’s very nice to the guy who is after me. I feel so uncomfortable that the cashier has the attitude to customers. I love Caffe Nero but I won’t go back to this store.

Ordered an iced matcha with oat milk and there was no taste of matcha in that drink at ALL… it was way too light in color to begin with, and the flavor was genuinely pure oat milk. Do not order matchas here!!!

Attentive, kind baristas, who always make delicious lattees to order promtly. I appreciate the quality espresso and non dairy options. Soy milk is my favorite. Love the caramel apple bread, cookies, and pressed juice. They do kice little Sandwichrs that they will warm for you. Indoor and outdoor seating. The outside patio especially great when the weather cooperates.

A great space with a warm, welcoming vibe and friendly staff. However, the atmosphere can get disrupted by loud conversations and kids watching iPads at full volume.
A note to management: please stop allowing dogs behind the counter. It’s unsanitary and unprofessional. Cleanliness matters!
