Great coffee shop and eatery. Reminds me of LaBou in Cali.
They take orders and forget, don't do anything for 20 minutes until a different server asks if I've ordered. some of the worst service I've ever had
The worst matcha in my whole life.
Perfect crunchy outside soft-but-fully-cooked-inside chocolate chip cookie
Much better than Starbucks
Friendly staff fast service but unfortunately worst coffee I have ever drank in my entire life of drinking coffee of the last 20 years. Tastes like cardboard. Sorry 🤷🏻♂️
The food is excellent. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is great, but there were dirty tables.
I did enjoy one of the best cappuccinos I've ever had, with perfectly steamed foam.
Highly Recommended.
$3.75 for a large coffee, so I’m clearly part of the problem for even entertaining such a value proposition. But holy moly, if you are gonna charge that much the brew better not be crunchy. A cup full of wet grounds do not a coffee make. Lame.
Awful experience with rude customer service.
Unclean tables.

The service here is extra slow and not particularly friendly. Try the chicken salad croissant. The tiramisu is delicious!

I deeply enjoyed this experience. The ambience is unmatched and on a 38 degree morning sitting by the fireplace felt incredible. I’m not a coffee snob but I am picky and I ordered a cold brew with a shot of espresso. At the recommendation of the barista I did not get the espresso shot because they’re cold brew is brewed from espresso beans and it 👏 was 👏 incredible 👏
Recommend x 100!

I ended up visiting several different Caffè Nero locations during my time in Boston. This was the first café I visited during my stay.
I found each café was a charming little coffee shop, unique in its own way, yet all shared a delightful theme that felt like a cozy library or bookstore.
The atmosphere was inviting and perfect for relaxing with a good book or catching up on some work.
I really enjoyed their coffee shops and even brought home a bag of their beans. The quality of the coffee was consistently excellent, and the ambiance made each visit enjoyable.

This is the worst cafe nero in the country lol. Whether it’s the lack of staff, that rude girl Jada with the braids blocking me from
Throwing away garbage or pretending that there are condiments and utensils present when there aren’t it’s ALWAYS an issue here. I had to use a plastic straw to mix in my in sugar because they had NOTHING out besides that and I kept being ignored in the line. I would up having to pay for ANOTHER cup of tea because the straw melted and Jada still insisted that there were “wood stirrers” present and gave me an attitude while charging me for the additional tea I ordered. I also found a black hair in my chicken sandwich croissant and I’m pretty sure it was a pube and NOT mine since I’m ash blonde.
