I have been ordering from Checkmate for 20 years. I love this place! Their pizza is the best!!..I also love their fried shrimp di ner best I've ever had..The man who takes the telephone orders is very efficient and pleasant..The driver who delivers my food is very friendly...I love this place and highly recommend!!
Fist time ordering from here and the Pizza was great! Simple pepperoni and a specialty pizza-Alfredo, spinage, garlic and feta(amazing!) -What set the bar so high for me was the delivery man....he was the sweetest and just seemed so happy! Even if the food wasn't great I would order again just because of the delivery man...Give him a raise!
We are here visiting family. This will definitely be our go to place when we're in town! The food was delicious and service was great. HUGE menu! Highly recommend!

Checkmate Cafe offers excellent customer service, quick delivery, and fair prices. Although the interior is basic, the food is a highlight, with unique specialty pizzas and cooked-to-perfection flavors. The cafe also serves delicious fried shrimp dinner and gyros with fresh pita bread. It's a kid-friendly spot with options like chicken fingers and French fries. Parking can be a challenge, but the friendly staff and quick delivery make it worth the visit.
