It was the place to have something to eat and get out of the cold
It's former glory had a food court.. today there are public bathrooms still.. dunkin donuts and a 7 eleven. Outside there are a few other restaurants.
That's a beautiful place where I spent some time making reading.

City Place is a convenient food court located in the heart of the city. While parking may be limited, City Place provides a comfortable space to recharge and access essential services like a CVS pharmacy.
