Friday me and daughter went there to get food. I like the location; it’s close to home. Whenever I go in there the staff is always nice and offers excellent customer service. Wilmer who is a staff member there gave me excellent customer services. I ordered a bunch of food; he used so coupons to save me money. Also acknowledged him for his great personality and being very polite when I placed my order. Please make sure he receives this reviews.

I loved this dominoes but they took away the bread bowls and I’m so upset, I never go because of that. 1 star until they bring it back.

The guy who delivered the order said that he did not take the delivery charge and I gave him more tips because the tips go to the drivers.

Store is very clean and the stuff are very polite. Drivers are very fast and delivered on time. I know the drivers usually don’t earn to much and give them tips always.

New pizza is great but delivery is absolutely disaster. I ordered two middle pizzas at uber eat. In the recipes shows ready at 12:00. It delivered at 12:35(the latest time at uber is 12:30). There are only 5 mins drive for my house to store! And I also can see driver just stopped at forest hill parking slot for 20 mins!At last , the delivery driver put at wrong house!
I contacted the store,they claimed can't contact me .I sit at kitchen check my phone every minutes,and I am petty sure no one call/text me. I guess I will never order this store again.

I ordered a pizza through the app, and it showed as delivered. However, when I went outside to get it, the food wasn’t there. I called the store, and the woman who answered told me to “just wait” because the app marks orders as delivered when the driver has no connection. When the food finally arrived, it was undercooked and wasn’t cut as I had requested.

Delivery drivers calls and asks for tips! I live only 5 minutes away and i did not add tip on the app and i already pay for service fees etc, why do you call me and say add tip?? Rude drivers
I ordered cheesy breadsticks and it didn’t come with any sauce when I called the store they said sorry well you need to know that the new policy is that you have to choose thr sauce that you want. How are we supposed to know that customer service zero spoke with Carlos very bad customer service

Pamela the manager said they won’t drive past 1.5 miles for a delivery. Minimum is 2 miles for pizza delivery’s but I guess holidays or special occasions don’t matter. Past 1.5 they won’t deliver. Won’t recommend terrible experience.

For almost the past one year I have been a regular customer at this location and I must say the pizza and pasta along with their cheesy breads are consistently good but one of the biggest issues I’ve faced with this location is that they don’t slice the pizza as well. I’m surprised at how consistent they are when it comes to not properly cutting the pieces. There were often times when the pizza was half cut, and there were other times when the size of the slices were quite improper.
Apart from that I think everything else is really good. They never get the order wrong the deliveries on time and the people who work there are super friendly .

I had a very rude experience with the people that work at Domino's. I entered to get a pineapple pizza in regards to a Hawaiian pizza so when they had made my pizza, they only put pineapple and cheese when I really wanted a Hawaiian pizza so I thought they made a mistake. So I went back and spoke to the female that made my pizza, I said to her I wanted the Hawaiian pizza and she replied, "You said Pineapple and I did it like that" & I responded to her that I understood but a Hawaiian pizza, pineapples go on pizza hence it's called Hawaiian pizza and the cashier was shaking his head agreeing with his worker and I just told them I want my money back. The cashier responded to me in a rude comment, "I cannot read your mind" and I replied back, "Well apparently I can't read yours either". So I'm not too sure if they actually refunded my money because he said it's going to take a day to get it back into my account but I never had that experience before. And when I went to other dominos, they understood what I meant by pineapple pizza.
