Saw a few friends on my IG that went here so I knew I had to give it a try! 20 minutes drive from where I live which is not bad at all. First immediate reaction was wow this place looks clean and well organized. The staff was super nice. The customers were all happy so you knew the food must be food. There was a lot to choose from which I loved! I was excited to see that they had bacalao available. It's a salted cod fish dish. We were visiting from NYC and wow. I knew once I saw the menu that this place would be awesome. Authentic Dominican food. We had the mangu platter and the serving size was great. The taste? Amazing, everything balanced each other so well. I also recommend getting a fresh fruit juice. The chinelo was such a refreshing, sweet unique taste. I wish I had something like this back home! The staff was also very friendly.

I got the stewed chicken and the oxtail, and it was excellent! Normally I’m not the biggest fan of Dominican food but I will definitely be going back. Also, great prices and large portions.
