Puritan Ice Cream is a commercial manufacturer of high quality ice cream for ice cream stands, restaurants, and private label. This is a commercial food producer. There is no sit down area here and no food delivery pick up for takeout. Google and other search services have this wrong. As a good neighbor policy they will sometimes sell large 3-gallon or half-gallon packaging to locals or to schools for special events but there is no formal retail operation here either.
Hidden gem for delicious ice cream for cheap! We've been meaning to try it for a while and wish we hadn't waited so long! Retail is open M-F 9-2 and it is cash only. Now that we've been, we will definitely be planning trips to get ice cream in the future. We got the mint Oreo and grapenut flavors, both in a half gallon (only $7) - both were really good! Can't wait to try the other flavors.

Excellent cream. Hidden gem for neighborhood. You go in factory side door and owners go and get what flavors they have . 1/2 gallon is 7 bucks... price for a pit at supermarket... sell 3 gallon containers for family functions... excellent selection of flavors and owners nice cordial people.
