Driver left my food out in the freezing cold. Never knocked or rang my bell. Driver definitely didn’t deserve the tip left him. I deserve my money back. Someone stole pizza from the box because I didn’t find my order until a hour later. Lesson here don’t tip until you get your food!!

I cannot comprehend how they forgot to give me the icing dips for the cinnamon bread twists I ordered (i purchased 2) and the blue cheese dip for the chicken wings. Not only that but I order a Fanta orange and received a sprite. I called them to notify them of the missing and incorrect items and they told me that a driver was on route. Never came. What's frustrating the most is that I gave them a 15 dollar tip just before my order was placed. I will not order from here again. They literally do not care.

We ordered and when the driver (white woman) came, she forgot one pizza. She said that she would be back but after an hour we called again and they said that they would make it and that the driver didn't say anything. When the pizza came, my son opened it, and a slice was missing. Worst delivery service.

A big reason ppl go to chain restaurants is because you know what you order at one you can get the same at another. I usually go to the Domino's by Roxbury Crossing but chose to order at this one on my way home. What a waste of money. The stuffed cheesy bread had almost zero cheese inside and was very light on top. It was like eating a loaf of bread. And my son's bbq chicken pizza had barely any sauce or chicken. He literally had to douse it with sauce when we got home. The lack of standardized toppings suggests to me that the franchise owner is trying to cut corners. I know margins are tight but my money needs to stretch too. What was supposed to be a treat for my family was so disappointing and I felt my money was wasted. I will never order from this location again.

The delivery driver called to say he was here. I asked if he could leave it on the door step (as my delivery instructions stated). I go down a few minutes later and the order is not there. I walked down to my neighbors to see if it was placed at the wrong house. I then called the delivery driver and left a voicemail saying I couldn't find my order. The driver called me back and was yelling on the phone saying I called him a liar and if he left it on the steps someone probably took it. Called the store and manager had nothing to say about driver's poor attitude.
