I came for a hot chocolate because the terminal is so cold. The kid at the register ignored me until someone else saw me and asked if I wanted something, to which I said I wanted hot chocolate. I tried to ask for a donut as well but they completely ignored me. When I got the hot chocolate it was only about 80% full. Just terrible customer service.
Has to be the worse Dunkin’ ever. Knowing it’s in an airport they never open on time.They are rude and the management needs serious training!I would avoid and report your issues to Logan airport.

One of the workers just stood there picking food out of her teeth another one just stood there on her phone and another one couldn’t “get the system to work” and then just loudly announced as she walked away “no system go somewhere else” instead of trying one of the other cash terminals she just clicked away at the open one and kept saying “no system no system” but the girl picking her teeth while handling food is what really grossed me out
