Ordered some hot breakfast before a trip and the bacon egg & cheese was given to me so lukewarm most of the cheese wasn't melted.
They call out order numbers but they never give them to you.
The only reason this place survives is that it's the only one open for breakfast in the station.

Trash, waste of calories. Beyond disappointed. Told the manager it was the saddest wake up wrap i’ve ever seen. He was kind enough to offer to make another wake up wrap but no way are you playing with my food twice.

I always go there when I’m on my way to my job, and I get a quick breakfast. It’s an okay service expect today I asked for a glaze donut and I finally open the bag and I get this. It’s covered with some hair or something

Today, I was done. Every time I went there, my order was screwed up. I ordered one pumpkin spice, swiped a card (didn't pay attention to how much was on the screen), and they gave me five! I was charged for five! Why do I need so many? Another time, I paid for a donut and didn't find it in my pack. I know the place is busy, but still, wipe the counter! It's sticky and dirty there. Also, the second register on the left side is never opened, and you end up waiting in a long line. Today, I got coffee, and it was absolutely the wrong one. I care about my time and money. People are nice there and smile, but please, be much more attentive and learn which position you have in the menu. I am not making new orders; I am ordering what I usually get in other Dunkin' Donuts. Thank you!"

For 2 years I have been getting my morning coffee here it’s convenient, mobile order, I’m always there right as they finish. I do this to skip the wait it’s the best. I believe this one is family owned, also for some reason their pricing is higher than other dunks but not by much. The family that runs it does an amazing job no complaints in 2 years. Up until recently.. it seems like they hired some new staff, some women speak no English, & apparently can’t read or make coffee. Ever since they hired new staff, I have to check if they put my “churro or peacan” in because most the time what I pay for & what I get are 2 different items completely. I get it people forget or get busy, but it’s become an everyday thing, if you’re out just say something I’ll tell you a different syrup. Today my coffee was watered down & I asked the woman if my coffee was just original she gave me a blank stare like I was talking in tongues. I guess I’ll just get my coffee from a different dunks not a problem like I said 2 years no issues.. must be the new hires.

As a former employer of a Dunkin’s, i understand sometimes sometimes not being informed of new drinks/new menu items, i understand the language barrier as many employees first language isn’t english and other just general issues but the lack of any sort of communication/teamwork is nearly laughable. They’ll have 10 people working in the morning and half of them are standing there doing absolutely nothing, while the other half are all on drinks (with no coordination). They always give me an attitude when i order or take my drink, they always take ridiculously long on food and are never informed of new drinks even when there are signs in front of the store detailing the drink. In specific, i ordered the new “Mixed Berrys Refresher”, and the guy looked at me deadpan with no idea of what i was saying. this drink is just a strawberry refresher with some raspberry flavoring, but should be located on their computers right next to the strawberry refresher they make for me everyday. I’ve also seen a different review of this place having bugs in their drink, and i can vouch that this exact experience has happened to me before. I drank half of my drink before i even seen the bug, and when i tried to go back & get a new one they were quite confrontational with me. I have pretty bad social anxiety so i ended up just throwing away the drink and leaving but i wish i could go back and tell them their behavior was extremely unprofessional. I hope they genuinely find new management because there are clear issues with every facet of this location & it is ridiculous.

Consistently burn your order, can’t fit a lid on a coffee to save their lives, won’t hand you a receipt then act bewildered when there are 15 ppl waiting for food and there are 25 orders on their counter. Do yourself a favor and walk the extra 10min to another one.
