This location use to be really good but over the last few month service and quality has gone down and continues to get worse. My coffee order has been made wrong on numerous occasions. If you bring it to an employees attention you get attitude back. Most recently I've noticed the bagels are not fresh baked. more like day old hard stale bagels. My cinnamon raisin bagel purchased at this location today is hard as a frisbee but since I'm at work I'm stuck with this trash. I will not be going to this location until changes are made. This location needs a manager that actually cares about its customers and the franchise. Back to the Dedham location...They actually like serving customers.

Do not order from this dunks. 3 times in a row they’ve given my order to someone else when I go to pick said order up. I’m in the service industry and I get things can happen, but 3 times in a row? Come on. This location is very understaffed and their manager seems completely oblivious to what’s happening here. The attitude she has is painful. I’ve seen her continuously mock customers and straight out ignore them completely. They always get orders wrong and they refuse to correct the order and tell the customers “oh well”. When I ask them about my orders when they’re missing they just shrug their shoulders and walk away. How these individuals still have jobs with all the complaints they clearly have is beyond me. Corporate greed is wild. Expecting 2 baristas to handle all these orders by themselves for hours at a time while receiving minimum wage is crazy.

The only positive with this experience was the girl at the register Shaquita. While ordering with her she called who I’m assuming is the manager a bigger lady with two braids who is black over to help her input my order which was an everything bagel toasted with butter on it and cream cheese on the side. As I get my order, they are putting butter packets into my bag which led me to say “oh the butter was supposed to be on it” the lady who I’m assuming is the manager and the guy at the cooking machines with the over due braids looked me dead in my face .. the guy said “it says on the side” then pushed the bag back to me and walked away. I said “can you please do it over and put butter on it”. That would've been her cue to say “no i put this order in and its butter on it .. do it over please”. Instead, neither of them said anything in response and continued helping other customers. I waited a bit and then repeated the question. The lady who again I’m assuming is the manger said “you have to wait until we are done with people who were after you” bad customer service. She was making faces at her regulars just because of the situation thinking I wouldn’t peep but I did. All in all .. they did the bagel over and still didn’t put the butter on it. I am currently on my way back to get a refund.

I really want to know who is hiring these new workers?? Cause they have no clue what they’re doing. I love my hot/iced latte. But lately I hate ordering it from there. They put no effort into making my drinks right. It always taste nasty. To the manager, pls train them well! Also, before I leave with my orders, I have to make sure I check in the bag cause they almost give me the wrong thing. And when I speak to one of the staff about it, they give you and attitude. Come on now! ??♀️

This DD is generally par for the course, the staff is friendly and the service is good. But there are no tables and chairs, and no restroom for customers. There's also no sugar near the napkins, so you have to order yoir coffee with sugar, and then it's too sweet ? ?
All i wanna say is. Micheal (mj) made my coffee this afternoon. Probably one of the best coffees ive had from DD in a while

Dunkin' in Jamaica Plains is my morning ritual. The aroma of fresh coffee and the friendly faces behind the counter kickstart my day on a warm note. Their glazed donuts and hot latte are the perfect companions to a crisp Boston morning.
