They do not give the correct order and Jen you call to address the issue , no answer guess you have to do it in person .. this was a mobile order pick up as well

This Dunkin has no bathrooms or tables, it always seems understaffed, and the hash browns usually come out soggy. That being said, it is always there for me when I need a coffee before work and for that I am grateful. Some of the workers are really nice too

I got a small cold brew with oat milk. SOOO GOOD. You can taste the freshness!!! I placed a mobile order and service was speedy. I will definitely be coming to this location more often!!! :)

The nasty manager who was working there around 5pm on the 6th of June refused to let my daughter use the bathroom! One of the other employees told her to let my daughter use the bathroom but she flatly denied her!!!!

Sent a mobile order 20 minutes before arrival and still waited 8 minutes for an egg wrap.
The staff at this Dunkin’ are friendly, but they’re always out of key ingredients for drinks. It’s frustrating to visit only to find they can’t make what I want. What’s the point of staying open if they’re constantly out of stock?

This location use to be really good but over the last few month service and quality has gone down and continues to get worse. My coffee order has been made wrong on numerous occasions. If you bring it to an employees attention you get attitude back. Most recently I've noticed the bagels are not fresh baked. more like day old hard stale bagels. My cinnamon raisin bagel purchased at this location today is hard as a frisbee but since I'm at work I'm stuck with this trash. I will not be going to this location until changes are made. This location needs a manager that actually cares about its customers and the franchise. Back to the Dedham location...They actually like serving customers.
