For an extremely busy dunks (only one in maverick, with the other one about half a mile away) this one does very well. I order ahead before I leave my house and my food/coffee is always out within 5-6 minutes. They remember their regulars which is admirable considering the amount of people they serve in a day. People who have never worked customer service jobs (especially one that requires dealing with an extreme volume of costumers) should keep their negative reviews to themselves.
I’ve lived next to busy corner dunks my whole life. Watching these people work is like watching kids use those shape blocks and trying to smash the square into the circle hole. 8-9 people working and somehow nothing is happening. The new management or whatever the facelift it just got was, is laughably worse. Manager stands around and slows down the people doing stuff. You can stand in this store empty and watch as 6 workers don’t attend to you for 3-4 minutes. Id...read full review
