Please train your staffs on how to make a caramel ice latte. Three pumps of caramel squirrel for a medium size not just a little squirrel on top of the whipped cream (that's only for decorating). The staff wore a blue shirt so I'm assuming he's a manager. I love DD but I might switch to Starbucks from now on. At least the staffs are properly train and get the drinks right everytime
