I placed an order on DoorDash and it was missed a lot of items that I paid for them, I tried to call and never answer never order from this place again.
The tacos were amazing. Portions were generous and everything tasted authentic.
Very disappointed to say the least! This was me and my significant others first meal after having our son at magees women hospital 7/5/23. Ordered a cheese quesadilla thinking I was getting a side of cilantro lime rice, black beans, sour cream, and pico de gallo. Instead I got a very dry quesadilla with plantains, rice and beans no sour cream or pico. Significant other ordered a side of chips and queso… received the chips with no queso

El Jefe's Taqueria - Symphony offers good food at reasonable prices, with a convenient location and solid burritos, tacos, and al pastor. The service is friendly, although the restaurant is often packed and busy. The interior has a cozy atmosphere, but it can feel slightly dingy. Ordering is quick and easy, with vegetarian options including beans, vegetable, guacamole, and fried plantain. Parking can be challenging, but the food is delicious, especially the plantains, which enhance every meal. The al pastor meat is well-seasoned, creating a flavor bomb that stands out. However, the texture can be a little dry at times. The restaurant provides a casual vibe with high top seating for people watching, and drinks complement the food nicely. The ambiance remains quiet at night, but the service could be improved. Overall, El Jefe's is a great place for reasonably priced Mexican food, and the fajita bowl is a must-try for those who want a variety of meats.
