Came to pick up an order placed well in advance but when I showed up the staff was just talking and didn’t even know the order had come through ? Not until I told them the name of the order did they start making it.
This place seems to be going down the hill and It's a sad reality. It used to be my favorite spot for the time I had only as much time to grab a bite. There used to be some staff working there who were very welcoming and show casing a Top tier customer service. The current staff, I'm sorry they're hardworking people, but they are lagging catching up to that high standard. That nice hispanic lady with that always smiling attitude.
