Flour Bakery + Cafe is a popular spot in Boston, known for its variety of pastries and breakfast options. The cozy Back Bay location offers a mix of indoor and outdoor seating, providing a comfortable start to the day. Customers can enjoy a range of sweet and savory pastries, including the highly recommended sticky bun with its delightful caramel and walnuts. The Pimento Jalepeno Bialy and Korean-inspired breakfast items, such as avocado toast and sandwiches, are also popular choices. For those with dietary restrictions, vegan pastries are available. The self-ordering kiosks and efficient delivery of orders through the ID tag system make it easy to order, even during busy hours. Customers also praise the bakery for its cleanliness, wide selection, and credit card acceptance.
Customers have recently enjoyed the excellent cake, the delicious bacon quiche, and the smooth yet sweet iced latte with added hazelnut syrup. The avocado toast with smoked salmon and the baked French toast have also been well-received, although the dining experience can be considered expensive. The bakery's popularity and busy Saturday mornings suggest it remains a reliable and appealing spot for a quick, tasty bite.
