Never open, even when it's theoretically supposed to be (no one is ever there). Self-service terminal often broken, fridge often not stocked.

Jugos has moved inside the station, had to hunt for it a bit but worth the wait. Service was fast and efficient, my Acai bowl with berries is good... not the best, but good.

Took 25 minutes without anyone in line to make a smoothie. This is supposed to be food to go
Completely inconsistent quality of service. Thoroughly understaffed with crazy turnover. Got a BlueMagic shake today that was the most bitter disgusting thing I've tasted yet I actually went to return it. The obviously new associate spent what felt like forever trying to figure out how to do a proper return, which in the end did not even work as I never received a credit on my card. Absolutely horrid establishment that Equinox should throw out .
So juicy

Isaiah needs training on how to make a acai blueberry bowl because every other morning I shouldn't be hoping hes not scheduled so he won't mess up on my bowl. It's as if he's adding his own ingredients. My bowl is watery, not consistent! Doesn't have no type of flavor and when i asked him to remake it.. it still taste the same. Everybody else that works at this location knows how to make it expect him.
I got finished with my smoothie and thought my straw was also a veggie. Beware: straws are not veggies (although recyclable).

1st visit...was most impressed by Aliya, the extraordinary smoothie maker...definitely will be back! Oh, I had something green...and not only healthy, but delicious!
