Very nice staff, pleasant ambiance, good service. My french onion soup wasn't warm enough and it was too thick.
Waiter forgot one item ordered, which we ultimately decided to do without, and got the wine incorrect on the bill which showed a Pinot Noir, not the Pinot Grigio ordered (and served). Pinot Noir also more expensive than the Pinot Grigio. Ordering and billing done through wireless handheld - for the record - I have never eaten at restaurant using these devices when the order was not screwed up.
Had dinner here before symphony. Food was very good. Our server, Roxanne, was so pleasant as were the two managers who stopped by our table to make sure we had everything we needed. I really appreciated the attention. Nice selection of food and drinks. Atmosphere was casual, not too loud. Would definitely return and would recommend.
To be honest, the service was confusing. “Who's on first?” The food was “meh.” I've been before and the food has been better (hmmm ... not so much the service). You have a great location (close to Symphony ... ). I wish you could become consistently excellent.
We went in for an early dinner prior to First Night. We sat at the bar and had excellent service. The cocktails were delicious and food was good, basic fare. Parking is right there and they will validate parking for a reduced rate after dining which is a great perk! One of our favorite spots in the city for a casual dinner.
Go for the Bourbon Glazed Thick Bacon, Steak Frites, Profiteroles and stay for the warm service and seasonal drinks menu!
Had dinner here with friends after a Boston Pops show. Dinner was very good and service was great. I will definitely come back when in the area.

It was a very disappointing dining experience.
Two of us visited after 8 p.m. for a late dinner. The restaurant was almost empty, with many large tables available, yet we were seated at a very small table right next to a noisy group, which was uncomfortable.
The food was also disappointing. The pasta seemed slightly undercooked, and my friend ordered a hamburger, which is usually hard to get wrong. Unfortunately, the patty was overcooked and had a burnt taste. The fries served on the side tasted like frozen chips that had only been briefly reheated, they were cold and some were hard.
Considering that this is a stylish restaurant attached to a hotel, I was especially disappointed by the lack of basic food quality. Even something as simple as fries did not meet an acceptable standard.

This was probably one of the worst overall experiences I have had in a restaurant ever. After being sat, someone in training (she was great and super sweet) came and got our drink orders and told us our actual server would be with us shortly. When our server finally came after about 10 or 15 minutes, he brought the drinks and took our whole order (and he very much had an attitude). That was the last we saw of our server until it was time for us to ask for the check. In one of our drinks, there was some sort of plastic/paper wrapper that ended up sitting there until we could ask the food runner to please take it back. The drink was on our table for so long without anyone coming by that it ended up being fully dissolved by the time it was sent back. The table next to us was also 2 people and they gave their order well after us and it was a similar order to us, but they received their food well before us. When our food finally arrived, calling it mediocre would be a compliment. The pasta sauce tasted like it was straight out of a can with a little bit of pepper flakes added. We also got the Thanksgiving plate. Both versions of the turkey were dry, the sweet potatoes were okay, and the rest of it I could have been happier without. It also never came with the cranberry sauce (which the table next to us did receive) and I was never able to ask for it since we never saw the server or anyone else for that matter. But don't worry, the manager that stopped and talked to most tables and skipped us was very quick to run over and grab my credit card.
I do get it was Thanksgiving and I'm absolutely sure not everyone wanted to be working that day. But I wasn't asking for stellar 5-star service, just being a tad bit attentive would have been a nice. They were not busy enough, nor were they really busy at all, to warrant this service.
Aside from the Thanksgiving part of it, even their regular food was not good. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We were left disappointed and still hungry after a $100 meal. Just do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Beautiful restaurant but bad service. I found hair in my food as well as one intwined in my silverware. Took forever for our waiter to take our order and for the food to be ready (over an hour total). In addition, our water was never once refilled despite asking multiple times. Would not come here again.

We have been several times and always enjoyed our visit. This evening was disappointing. First, when we ordered we were told that all items (first and main courses) would be delivered together because the kitchen couldn't deal with sequencing the meal and getting us to Symphony in a timely manner(even though we had 1.5 hr). Second, midway through the meal rhythmic music was blasting at such a high level, one could not talk to anyone at our table. The food was satisfactory but Lucie needs to do better.
Five friends met for dinner prior to a music event at Berklee College of Music. Five friends all left happy with the food and the experience. Crispy ribs appetizer was a group favorite. Tuna tartare and the hamburger were well appreciated also. The French onion soup was only so so; a bit cool and the broth was thick but lacking full flavor.
We had an amazing experience!! Our waiter was new to working for LUCIE and he was beyond hilarious! He made the meal that much better!
