Good food good value service needs serious work. Restaurant was possibly 30% full when we arrived. Took our food and drink order and then came back and said we were given the wrong menu. Reordered the food and asked to look at the wine list and would order a glass. Appetizer was never served, never came back for the wine order. Mains arrive properly cooked. Finally gave up on the wine went to the bar and asked for a bottle of water. Explained service quality was that bad. Finally received a bottle of water. Asked for a dessert menu. Dessert was fine but dirty dishes from dinner were left on the table when it was served.
LUCIE service was exceptional! Our waiter noticed we spoke Spanish and made us feel welcome going above and beyond helping us pick from menu in Spanish. Food was delicious and mimosas a must! Great seating and ambiance.
As a family of color, we were totally ignored. No waiter came over. We sat there with our glasses turned down for more than 30 minutes. No one approached us yet a family who doesn't look like us was seated after we s but got served and checked on by a waiter. When I enquired about our waiter apparently none was assigned and to us. A kind bartender who noticed that we were not catered to , came over and served us water then apologized. This was a very saddening situation especially because we were there to celebrate Mother's Day. We also watched as many other mothers weee offered flowers which was a part of the Mother's Day brunch yet we were not. My sone had to go and ask where his mom's flowers were. That's when they checked if any was left over.
I reserved brunch for Mother's Day a few weeks in advance because I was in town for my son's graduation and the menu looked great. I didn't want something SUPER fancy/$$$$ but just good - and Lucie had great reviews. However, I didn't realize it would be a buffet for Mother's Day (we were told when we arrived) I wouldn't have booked this had I known - esp at $70 a person (not including drinks). The food was good, the service was fine - no real complaints but it would have been good to know about the buffet beforehand. I don't eat a ton so it wasn't a good value for me at all ... would have been nice to have the actual menu available that's online - which is why I booked it. :/
Some odd food choices were made, like allspice on potatoes. Also, the menu is difficult to read is new. There are some mistakes. Be clear with your waiter about what you want and what you're getting.
This was a great choice for a quiet breakfast on a weekday morning. Everything is well-executed but unpretentious. The family-friendly service was much appreciated.
Perfect post marathon celebration meal! Everyone was very happy with their meals. The Brussel Sprouts were amazing, delicious salmon and Lucie burgers.
Had breakfast here. Food was really good. Had to flag down another server to get a second cup of coffee but it was Marathon weekend and busier than usual. Small tables are pretty close together. Enjoyed it overall. I'll come back here again.
Another wonderful pre-theater meal at LUCIE tonight. The food and service are always superb, which is why we keep returning,
The clam chowder was excellent, I could have just eaten that all night. The hanger steak was bland, dessert was good. Our server was very pleasant, but our main courses were brought out while we were still eating our appetizers and we were asked if we were ready for dessert when we were still eating our main courses. We appreciated that the restaurant was not crowded at and we were able to have a conversation, but we won't be back.

The restaurant is nice and modern and the food is good. The issue was the service was poor with the server disappearing for times on end. The bill came without being requested and the atmosphere was mediocre. Overall not great but not the worst .
The food is outstanding at Lucie. I absolutely love the Salmon with braised cabbage. Our server Sabrina was attentive and so pleasant to talk with. We were able to get a booth seating for 4 of us and we can't wait to go back. We have also sat at the bar and really enjoyed a meal too. Highly recommend. The next morning we also enjoyed a delicious breakfast and great coffee.
Took my adult children and a cousin visiting from out of town to dinner. We had one app, which was delicious , but they didn't bring enough bread in comparison to the amount of hummus. They respected my shellfish allergy and the server was able to substitute chicken for another option on the sandwich. The drinks were decent, but a little overpriced. Both my kids ordered the Mac and cheese dish and loved it. I liked the open feel and the atmosphere, especially the low sunk chairs around round tables. Very unique. Will return again. Convenient to the Marriott and Sheraton properties.
This is a great place with great food, but above all the servers are the best! Sabrina and Madie were great!

I stayed for 4 nights at the Collonade Boston and this is their restaurant. I like their food but lacks variety. However, the staff are very accommodating. ♥️
