We have been several times and always enjoyed our visit. This evening was disappointing. First, when we ordered we were told that all items (first and main courses) would be delivered together because the kitchen couldn't deal with sequencing the meal and getting us to Symphony in a timely manner(even though we had 1.5 hr). Second, midway through the meal rhythmic music was blasting at such a high level, one could not talk to anyone at our table. The food was satisfactory but Lucie needs to do better.

Five friends met for dinner prior to a music event at Berklee College of Music. Five friends all left happy with the food and the experience. Crispy ribs appetizer was a group favorite. Tuna tartare and the hamburger were well appreciated also. The French onion soup was only so so; a bit cool and the broth was thick but lacking full flavor.

We had an amazing experience!! Our waiter was new to working for LUCIE and he was beyond hilarious! He made the meal that much better!

Too many good options nearby to eat at LUCIE. First, with a reservation, they tried to seat us right next to the front door - the absolute worst table in the house. But the biggest issue was the service. Waitress struggled to describe the size of the pizzas served, brought pasta without grated cheese then took forever to get it while also leaving drinks empty. And that very hard carrot that is served as soon as you sit down is just not good on any level. Do yourself a favor and find another place for dinner.

This was our second visit to Lucie in 2 weeks, first followed by a performance at Jordan Hall and second by one at Symphony. Each time, we had another couple with us. Our server, Shaq, was outstanding. He was aware of and helpful about time constraints, and allowed us to have a relaxed dining experience before walking off to our shows. The food is good. The chowder, lemon chicken and salmon are outstanding. We also enjoyed the chicken milanese, short ribs, and steak frites supper.

The service was wonderful! Limited menu for evening dining. Gnocchi lacked flavor, very bland. Could not taste any dressing on the Caesar salad, very dry. Cocktails were very good. Recommend the espresso martini!

The food and drinks were good, but unfortunately the service the night we went (a Saturday) was very poor. We waited close to an hour before we could order our meals, and we were only able to order by flagging down a server that was covering another section. We planned ahead and made an early reservation for 5:45 so we'd have plenty of time to eat, and we had tickets to the symphony for 8pm. We barely made the concert on time, since after our food came out, nobody was coming by to check on us or see if we wanted the bill. We again had to glad down someone to get the bill. Another 15 or so minutes went by before we got the bill, and they had to ask us what we ordered for drinks. We were honest and told them what we had (otherwise we could have easily paid a much smaller bill). It would have been nice to have a couple of drinks comp'd, or something to make up for the lack of service, but i don't think they considered it. On the way out we were told they were short-staffed that night but that we could come back another time and they'd do something for us (not sure what that would be). Also, we don't live near Boston, so it would be very far out of our way to go back. I hope this was just a glitch and a rare bad night at Lucie? It was unfortunate that our experience turned into a somewhat stressful one, since we weren't sure if we'd make our concert on time and just wanted to leave. I suggest eating at the bar, if possible- you'll probably get better looked after.

Our Neals were good and service excellent We found the lighting too dim to read the menu and the bar area was pretty loud our waiter Tyler was the best and offered us great wine selections and great suggestion for entrees.

Service was slow and we had theater tix which we told them about. 3 out of 6 of us were disappointed with our drinks, a dirty martini with no olive juice, etc. Sea bass was undercooked.

Our server understood we were in a rush and she did her best to accommodate our needs. She was friendly, pleasant, and super efficient

Contrary to some other reviews, the service was attentive and excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, the quality of the food was below average. Pizza was dry and stiff. The salmon on the chopped salad was good, but the rest of the salad was lacking, with very minimal amounts of farro, goat cheese, etc. The warm skillet chocolate chip cookie for dessert was overcooked and gritty. The menu has a very nice selection of dishes, so it is too bad the quality was not higher.

We were there really early on a Friday night before seeing a show at The Huntington, so the place was very quiet. The atmosphere was great - chic decor with lots of seating options, including the bar. We opted for the charcuterie as an app. It was tasty with some good choices. For dinner we had a mushroom pizza. Apparently it had been added to the menu that day. It was very good! Lots of cocktail choices as well. Our server was the only one on at the time and she was doing a great job managing about 6-7 parties. The host also stopped by a couple of times to check in. We'll be back!

There was a wedding happening so the bar was packed and noisy! We didn't mind at all. Tyler was a great server / very attentive! We'll be back
