McDonald's in Boston

“Best quality McDonald’s food I’ve had in a long time and a clean/well managed establishment. I ate in and actually felt like I was eating at a legitimate restaurant. Manager was very friendly and is clearly great at his job given my experience at this location.“

“This is my 4th time ordering from them when I get to Boston. They are quick she took about a minute for my food and the order has been accurate all the times I’ve been here. It’s good to see that fast fresh food still exists. I love hot food! I’ve been to many Mc Donald’s and this one is one I’ve the better ones hands down. But then again it’s Boston“

“Had Mickey Dees for breakfast this morning and there was no long wait area clean friendly service and best of all my biscuits sausage egg and cheese was tasty. Biscuit was fluffy and egg sausage was right as well. My man enjoyed his sausage egg and cheese on a english muffin too. Thank you very much for making this interaction a awesome one!“

“Just came from there and the service and food were top notch. The tall gentleman with curly hair asked if I was all set while I waited off to the side when I got there and then he handed me my mobile order.

Service was fast, efficient, he did double checked my order to make sure I got it all. Even on such a hot day, my McFlurry and Chocolate Milkshake came out cold and fast.

I appreciate the staff and location. They deal with a lot of nonsense from the community but I commend their efforts during dinner rush on the weekend. The store was clean
and tidy from the little time I spent waiting in the lobby.“

“The french fries were absolutely some of the best I've ever had on my most recent visit there... they were literally made fresh & hot immediately after I placed my order (not soggy or limp & lukewarm), just like you wish for!! The staff was friendly & polite, relayed my order correctly, and filled my order pretty quickly considering the small crowd there, while also switching over to the lunch menu from breakfast. Sadly, the one thing I can gripe about was the presentation. The burgers I ordered, unfortunately, were both prepared quite sloppily, which created some difficulties when trying to eat them, since I was on-the-go.

P.S. It's always a good idea, in my opinion, to download their app and order ahead. Plus, there's always daily deals available only on the app & you can earn points whenever you order to trade in from free food... and free food always tastes better, lol ?

Parking: Tons of it available. There's no need to waste brain power giving it additional thought.

Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's... family restaurant... nuff said.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible ramps leading to the front door & accommodating seating available. The cashier counter is short to make ordering easy for anyone & there are also multiple touch screen kiosks to place your order.“

“I had a problem with a language barrier on the drive-thru. I asked her three times to fix the order. She told me it was fixed. When I got to pick up my order foolishly I drove away. It was wrong. They charged me full price for the two for $3 deal. I was upset“

“The food here was fresh and great, but the service was a little subpar as it took a long time for the food to come out. It was also very busy and there were barely any table to sit, but it's a small store so that can be excused. I still rate it 5☆ though because the food was very good even though everything else was iffy.“

“I did take out through the app. Hadn’t had McD’s in two years. Ordered a chicken value meal with a McChicken sandwich, 4 piece nuggets, small fry and small drink for only $5. And since it was Friday redeemed the coupon for a free large fry through the app. Great bargain for the amount of food. And fries were super hot which is always a bonus.“

“The self-service ordering machine is used to order food. There are not enough seats in the store so it can only be taken away. I ordered the event-only McRib grilled pork ribs, but I felt that there wasn't much meat and I mainly ate the barbecue sauce. Overall, it was average...“

“I went at 7:50 pm and the food was prompt and fresh! I had to pay with different gift cards and Ronny was very patient. He had a sense of urgency when dealing with various matters around the front. Very impressed despite the atmosphere being wack.“

“Female manager was so nice, I was trying to pay with my card through my phone and I tried several times and I couldn't figure it out. After giving up and ready to leave she called me over and gave it to me for free !! I thought that was so nice of her , especially because my food or frozen drink was not even made yet so it's not like she did it cause the order was already made and sitting there. “Despite negative reviews- I had no serious issues here myself. You just need to accept the area with the rampant drug use and you may be asked for a meal. HOWEVER the meal did take very long to come out (20 mins sitting in a drivethru parking spot) and I watched several cars parked go back inside to complain about what they got“
