We just had the thanksgiving dinner and I was phenomenal!!!! I will definitely love this restaurant!!!
Advertised a special with reduced prices from 4-6pm, but charged us full price and refused to change it.
Nice waitress. Good atmosphere. Food terrible. Really. To many other great restaurants in Nashua to waste time here. I would go again for a beverage. Skip the food. Shrimp over cooked. Chicken burned and. Fish sandwich. No fish. I took photos.

Not Your Average Joe's is an airport restaurant that offers high-quality food, a pleasant atmosphere, and friendly service. Many customers have enjoyed the breakfast, with decent coffee and hot breakfast made to order, pleasantly surprising those who usually avoid airport eateries. The menu caters to a wide range of preferences, and the food is generally good, with attentive service. However, some dishes have been overly salted, particularly the poke bowl with too much soy sauce. Despite occasional wait times, it remains a solid choice for a meal before a journey, especially when looking for a friendly environment with good food.
The restaurant has received a variety of reviews from recent customers. One customer enjoyed their dinner but found the server to be inattentive. Another customer praised the quality of the bread, olive oil, and Parmesan dip, along with the Chicken Piccata (both regular and gluten-free) and wedge salad, in a relaxed atmosphere. A third customer had a less satisfactory experience with the food taking well over an hour to arrive and receiving a steak order that was well-done instead of medium-rare. Despite the beautiful atmosphere overlooking the water, this customer left without receiving the corrected steak order.
Recent reviews highlight outstanding service from staff like Pablo, whose prompt and attentive care made visitors feel welcomed. One guest appreciated how Pablo anticipated needs, such as extra napkins, and noted that his pleasant demeanor contributed greatly to the experience. They enjoyed their favorite dish, the Korean Beef bowl, which was perfectly cooked and juicy. The dish had a strong flavor with a blend of salt and sweet, complemented by the textures of noodles, vegetables, and nuts. However, dessert options are limited, with no apple-based desserts available during the fall season, and only sorbets offered, which some find less appealing. One guest ordered a large Bavarian pretzel for dessert, which was satisfying.
Food quality remains good, with delicious bread always available. Service can sometimes be slow, with delays in bringing water or other items, and reservations have occasionally been overlooked upon arrival. The atmosphere is colorful with a moderate noise level, though the music selection could include more variety. Overall, while the restaurant has improved over the years, it sometimes faces challenges with staffing and service speed but continues to be a favorable spot for a meal before flying.
