Ugh-wanted to like this place so badly. The food was just ok (warm at best, definitely not hot), the ambience was non-existent and the service was kind, but inconsistent and scattered.
The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Excellent Italian!!! So well prepared and delicious. Service was excellent, and on point. Our server was very thoughtful and knowledgeable. Wone options could be better, but everything else was perfect!
Terrible service. I placed an order for pick up, and decided to eat in and have a beer instead. I was told by manager that I was not allowed…. What a joke.
I guess their business is thriving and they don’t need more clients… I work in the mall and eat around here everyday, so I ll just take my business elsewhere.
I loved the shrimp pasta, great flavors and the restaurant has a nice decoration, our server Alejandra was amazing too, she answered all my questions and give us an awesome tips on what to get.

Such a good place for a date, 100 on drinks and 100 on the services, our server was so sweet, definitely coming back soon, thanks Alejandra !!

Avoid this place.
Overpriced, Flavorless, Processed, Microwaved, and Borderline Inedible - all brought to you by a staff who could not care less about you - no matter how polite you may be.
This is one of those generic, hedge-fund owned chain style restaurants that preys on an unsuspecting clientele - mostly out-of-towners.
And whatever you do - don't rely upon the AI generated responses of management or the paid- for favorable reviews. You'll regret it.
Boston had a lot of good / great places to eat. This isn't one of them. You'd be better off buying a 69¢ box of Prince spaghetti 🍝

This place is surviving based solely on location. The food is quite bland and flavorless, and that goes for all 7 of the items that we had: garlic bread, Caesar salad, penne scampi, spaghetti and meatballs, et al. I can't fully blame the chef because the ingredients were such low quality to begin with. Even the wine glasses were filled with less than one inch.
There were also not enough staff to adequately serve all the customers efficiently. Again, I don't blame them - they're doing the best they can.
In sum, there are dozens of much better options within walking distance.
Almost all of my reviews of places are positive, but the Parm earned this negative one. It seems to be part of a chain of low budget restaurants.
Buyer beware: read all the reviews before spending your hard-earned money here.

In our short stay in Boston, we visited Parm 3 times. The food was delicious, the staff were attentive and went out of their way to make you feel special. Alejandro, Alex and the team provided wonderful dining experiences for us . We would highly recommend Parm to anyone visiting Boston. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Some of the best and most consistent pasta in the city. Great drinks and nice bar as well. Will sit down or get takeout from here.
