Beef patty had very well seasoned and flavored meat but the patty was more dough than meat. $6 and some change is not a good price for that singular food item with that quality.
Iced latte with oat milk and brown sugar was decent. I try coffees all around boston and have for years, for the price it was ok. Very low quality espresso in my opinion. $6-8 for one.
Look forward to seeing progress throughout the years.

I asked for a Latte, the lady serving me said they weren’t doing latte’s this morning so I said that’s okay a cappuccino is fine.
The next person who received their coffee got a latte then? Not really sure what’s going on in this place - while the servers are always kind, on the 2-3 times I’ve been here there is always some sort of issue with the order.
The cherry on top was I ordered and paid for a medium vanilla cappuccino and then received a small with not even a drop of vanilla :)
I’m all for local businesses but I won’t be coming here again

I come to ripple a couple of times a week and for the most part have a pleasant experience. I often work or do homework there and enjoy the vibes. The food and drinks are good, I love supporting a local business, MOST of the staff is friendly. Because this wasn’t my first interaction with an exceptionally rude employee, I felt like I needed to leave a review. As great as the food and vibes are, I think some staff members forget that there is still customer service to uphold. Catching attitudes with customers just isn't cute. That’s how you loose business.

I write this not with the goal of deterring further customers, but with the hope the feedback is received as constructive because I really want to enjoy Ripple.
Every time I go I wish the experience was better. Staff is great, cafe is great, but the product misses the mark. Had to toss a drip coffee this morning because it was so bitter - almost like it was spoiled. The coffee was supposed to have cream but it was barely noticeable in the cup. I know Ripple offers a variety of specialty coffee drinks and smoothies, but the inability to serve a decent cup of coffee is disappointing.

$5 for a Thomas grocery store bagel that they can’t even put cream cheese on? Shame. Will not be ordering from here again, at least at Dunkin, it’s half the price and you get what you’re expecting. Dorchester is not gentrified enough to pull this garbage off. Do better.
Update: also it’s very clear they don’t test out the items they put out for customers because if one person tried to use the plastic utensils they send out with orders, they’d probably stop buying them. Why would you supply knives with a huge angle along the top so all the spread gets stuck there instead of going on your food???? If I only wanted cream cheese on the edges of my bagel, I would tear and dip. If they only put the cream cheese on the bagel for us 🙃
Update to update: Do not order the double chocolate muffin

I have to shout out Ripple Cafe for having the BEST coffee cups out there HANDS DOWN… For those who know me personally know that I have battled Raynaud’s for many years due to the damage to the veins in my hands from the many years of using air tools… Trips to the frozen food section can be literally dangerous for my hands as I can get frostbite from simply holding a gallon of ice cream for just a matter of minutes, but I also have a sensitivity to hot Items and for me I need a good coffee cup.
They nailed it!!! A cup that insolates the heat perfectly!!!
As for the food I have to go back to give a true rating… I only grabbed a coffee & muffin this morning, but the menu looks so good!
Wow! This place is awesome!! Had a berry blast smoothie with vegan protein powder and it was so tasty and delicious. I came here after a 2.5 mile run and this cafe was the perfect rejuvenation spot!!! 10/10!! The customer service is very quick and professional. Will definitely be coming back.

Stopped in for breakfast and got a spicy chorizo sandwich. It was soo good. And the fruit Fresca was delicious as well staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was a whole vibe.. waiting for them to open to go back again today

I still think about my visit to this café! The atmosphere, the smile on the servers faces, the vibe, the food and drinks? Everything was amazing! The workers were so delightful! The food was delicious! I got the Summer days smoothie and the beef rice bowl and it was spectacular! I might have to physically restrain myself from stopping by everyday, that’s how much I loved it there !
