Place an order for pickup, it was ready when I got there. Always a pleasant atmosphere.
I saw a big chain coffee store across the street from Ripple. Thought I would try a local place that looked cool. Glad I did. The atmosphere and vibe is laid back, maybe Carribean. I asked and was told that the owner is a Haitian woman who lives locally. Her employees live locally and are diverse - helpful and intelligent people. Nice to chat with them too. Great Place.
I order from this café all the time—it’s become one of my favorite go-to spots. The lattes are consistently smooth and flavorful, and you really can’t beat their patties—fresh, perfectly seasoned, and always satisfying.
I did have one off experience with an order that wasn’t quite right. I called in, and honestly, I wasn’t in the best mood and didn’t come across as pleasantly as I should have. Despite that, the manager handled the situation with total professionalism and kindness. They listened apologized sincerely, and offered to remake my drink without hesitation for my next visit. The team here goes the extra mile, and it shows. Great vibe, great customer service, and consistently solid coffee and bites. Highly recommend!
cute spot by the ashmont T. friendly baristas, strong coffee. 🙂
This is a very good place to get a drink or a quick bite. I had a limeade and a Danish, both of which were quite good. They have a good selection, too. Definitely worth visiting again if I need a drink or snack and I'm in the area.
Finally made it here and no disappointments! From the friendly staff to the simple but cute decor, Ripple Cafe is a must visit! Great menu options! I ordered two iced oatmilk lattes (Brown Sugar Cinnamon and Pistachio Vanilla), a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, pistachio muffin and an almond crossaint Everything was really good! The iced lattes had an equal balance of oatmilk espresso and sweetness. The food was hot and they were even able to warm up my pastries. Will have to come back soon!
The female employee only gave me coffee and didn't give me the baked goods I ordered, so I asked for more, but she just gave it to me without a word of apology. Very unfriendly.

I ordered a fish sandwich yesterday, which unfortunately wasn’t up to par and definitely not as good as the first time I purchased one however a staff member was kind enough to give me a free sandwich today and they even threw in a free slice of banana bread! It was top-notch customer service And I hope they get some type of recognition for their kindness and professionalism. Also the iced macchiato, while a little on the small side, is delicious. I will definitely go back there again.

Ordered two sandwiches. One with bacon egg and cheese croissant, which only had one slice of bacon. Which is crazy considering the cost of the sandwich. Another with sausage, egg and cheese croissant and I paid extra for bacon—it was missing the bacon. The iced matcha latte with oat milk was tasty but too small for the price.
Additionally, the girl at the register was rude. She was preoccupied, when I asked her if this was all of my order she curtly responded “everything’s 8’ there” without even looking up from whatever she was doing. She clearly wanted to rush me out of there.

I like the pastries but the sandwiches are a waste of money. I got the grilled cheese with bacon and tomoto. There is more mustard on that Sandwhich than cheese and bacon where ? Croissants and danishes are good, but I can’t recommend the food.
Smoothies = Yikes
I stood at the register for 10 minutes without a single employee making eye contact or acknowledging my presence. Eventually just walked out without ordering anything
