I ordered my coffee, the barista was polite and friendly. I sat down to drink it and watched the two baristas speak respectfully to each other about improving the cafe, resolving scheduling snags, all the while serving customers kindly and efficiently. I don't really like Starbucks coffee...but whenever I'm in the neighborhood, I'll be back.
Hands down the best pumpkin ? spice latte (PSL) I ever had. Everything was so right about it. Very polite and caring clerks and baristas. The order was taken care of in a very timely manner. One of my favorite spots in Boston University right in front of student health services. There are chairs available to sit. The music is right and the vibe is just great!
