The place was busy when we came in but manageable. However the bathrooms were absolutely nasty. Please pay closer attention to the bathroom sanitation.
It was officially time for an iced caffeinated beverage. My daughter and I have been walking around this humid heat and needed a pick me up. Conveniently, this Starbucks was in Faneuil Marketplace. We made our way in for something cold.

Order downstairs and sitting is upstairs. Gets very crowded and little space to sit. They have the tables but lacking a place to sit. Bathrooms are smelly and dirty.

This Starbucks has a nice vibe, with a spacious second floor that's perfect for being productive or relaxed. The staff are helpful, friendly, and efficient, greeting customers and making drinks quickly. Located at the end of Faneuil Hall, it offers a cozy atmosphere with window views of the traffic and duck boats. The staff are always friendly, and the drinks are consistently good. This two-story interior has amazing seating on the second level, perfect for connecting with friends while enjoying the views and beating the Boston elements. Starbucks options are endless, including coffee, snacks, desserts, refreshers and so much more. This location is beautiful and clean, and the WiFi works well. The staff is friendly and explains things, like the elevator for the upper floor. It's quiet and relaxed there, making it a good stop when walking around Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall.
