Waited patiently for far longer than I should have at the takeout window until the two workers finished their personal conversation before acknowledging me. Returning home, I found that the burgers I had ordered well done had a raw center. Contacted the website and haven't heard back from them. Oh well, buyer beware I guess. EDIT: They later got back to me after my review was posted with an apology, refund, and gift card. So I'll give them another chance-hopefully this...

Hats off to this Back Bay location team! Tonight I went in with an online order I wasn’t sure I’d make in time before my train. The staff sent a runner to the platform and handed me my bag just as my train pulled up, way above and beyond!! Enjoyed my usual veggie burger with all the fixings and side of tots even more tonight, thanks to you!

My go-to burger place in Boston. They have really great custom creations and all kinds of condiments like spicy ketchup. Their fries are thin and crunchy and the chicken nuggets are surprisingly good.
