Based on the reviews, TBaar is a good boba place with amazing boba. The drinks are delicious, and they use actual fruity teas in their fruit teas, not just powder. The sweetness is always spot on. The passion fruit tea is a favorite. They offer oat and almond milk to choose from, and the brown sugar milk tea latte with Tapioca boba is amazing. The packaging is really cute. The grapefruit aloe is made with fresh grapefruit sliced and muddled into the drink. They also have great tasting and refreshing non-alcoholic grapefruit "mojitos." It is a small hole in the wall with only a few chairs, so to-go orders are best. However, the food is not recommended. The salt and pepper chicken came red, pretty spicy, and from the chicken reject pile. The ramen is okay at best, but one bowl was a disappointment with a bland broth and a marinated egg that tasted old, and it is not worth the $15 price tag. There is zero parking.
