I have always had good experiences here until tonight. I came in and ordered my bubble tea and sat down to wait. 20 minutes went by and I asked when my drink would be ready and they didn’t know I had ordered, despite that I did in fact order with them. They apologized and refunded me and made my tea. After I left I realized there was no boba in the tea. I was the only one in the shop for the entire 30 minute trip. The service is awesome, everyone was so nice! It was my first time having egg puffs and they were amazing! We got the red bean one and ended up getting a couple to bring home. Totally worth going in!
