Food is delicious. Staff are personable but the restaurant is often out of popular items early in the day. Delivery apps do not list the full menu. Staff doesn't answer the telephone to confirm menu items, nor confirm availability before taking orders and after charging customer. You either have to to settle for food you didn't want, or leave emptied handed and disappointed. During 4/5 of my takeout experiences, my order was taken, only to be informed that a side was unavailable. Hours of service are also undesirable. Those are the reasons for my low rating. If staff were accessible by phone, menu was accurate on delivery apps, and they weren't always out of some food item e.g., mac & cheese, collard greens, etc., I would give 5 stars!

. Services was above and beyond. The food freshness, taste, quality, and presentation was totally amazing. Our server Desire the talanted mixologyist was very professional. The Friday after work crowd was very mix and chill. Last but least THE ONE AND ONLY DJ is born to do this. The transition between songs and the ability to move the energy as needed was a masterpiece

This was a catered event and the Food was amazing. Love the Salmon sliders the mixed veggies were a perfect. The Mac cheese with sweet potato egg rolls is a must try. Let's talk about the Steak and cheese egg rolls. Rufus understand that assignment. Great Job!

I went to The Mix with my friend last night and bar tender was extremely inattentive and stood at the end of the bar with her back to us after we received our drinks. Because of this, we decided to only get one round. Fast forward to after we finish our drink and food, I asked a different bartender for a âstrawberry crunch cupcakeâ (i was very clear) and she put it in for me. 30 minutes later, I asked our original bartender for the bill, and told her to forget the cupcake. She went to the back and brought out a different strawberry crunch dessert. I didnât realize it wasnât what I asked for until I opened it (obviously). I let her know that this isnât what I ordered and she put the blame on the other bar tender saying âshe put that order in, not meâ & there was a back and forth between them because the bartender I had to ask said she wasnât aware there were two different strawberry crunch desserts (which I wouldnât have even had to ask somebody else if she was being attentive and taking care of us). Long story short, the original bar tender went on to tell me that the strawberry crunch cupcakes were sold out and she would NOT take the strawberry crunch parfait off of my bill because I had already âopened itâ. I explained to her that this isnât what I had ordered and I was extremely clear about the dessert I wanted. She kept telling me there was nothing she could do, and ultimately made me pay for the 13$ dessert I didnât ask for, nevermind their overpriced items and auto gratuity. The Mix is cheap, and inconsiderate, as any other restaurant would have comped the dessert regardless off the strength of it coming out 30 minutes after ordering, on TOP OFF the lack of communication and knowledge of the menu on THEIR end. I will not be back.
