Lively spot in Southie, with multiple sports screens, good beer, and yummy bites for brunch or lunch (maybe dinner too but we were there at noontime). My southern egg and maple sausage sandwich was a vast improvement over fast-food versions. My husband loved the short rib eggs Benedict. Both dishes were reasonably sized portions. We visited on a Saturday when it was busy and were glad we made a reservation!
I'm going to say first off this is my second time eating here. I had a great experience the first time. Food was amazing and so was the drinks. I brought my cousin out because I wanted her to see how good the food was. Well the food didn't disappoint the service did though. I'm going to give it a 2 because we got what we needed but just didn't feel attended too. The waitress seemed to be everywhere but at our table. I wanted another drink had to flag her down....
We made a reservation to see live music on Thursday night and called to confirm the band's start time two days before. When we got there, they had canceled the live music for Thursday night football (non-Patriots game). Understandable, but just frustrating that they didn't update their website accordingly or tell us this over the phone.
