The Griyo plate is the way to go. The portion is so large and it's really good. The Pikleze are chilled, crisp and spicy and compliment the Griyo so well. This little hole-in-the-wall is a real gem for those who enjoy Haitian food. The owners are nice and friendly too. Enjoy!
Place can use an upgrade as far as decor.Staff is friendly. Can’t see them cooking your food. I don’t like that. They fix everything in the back. I like when food is out front and visible.Rice and plantains was the best.Meat had an okay flavor. However the meat had a lot of bones. No salad or vegetables come with the plate. They give you lots of rice.Prices are similar to comparable restaurants. The food was mediocre to me. I had better.

I paid 14 bucks for a griyo that was full of lettuce and the meat was very salty. My plaintains was fried perfect but my Akra didn't look or taste like akra the marinade didn't look like marinade.
