Lovely, friendly, fast. A great group of people who made my stroller (and my day) 1000% better.
Wow - everyone said upppababy had great service and that was a big part of why we chose to buy our stroller from them, but I cannot express how surprisingly delightful our experience was today at the hub. A family member had accidentally broken our stroller latch so I made an appointment online. They easily fixed the latch and tuned up the stroller under their warranty quickly and efficiently.
