People in New England clearly have no taste, and seem to always review bomb and close the few good chains around. I grew up in Texas, after moving up here, it's clear to me that natives to New England are just born without taste buds. I feel bad for you guys. Best sandwich I have ever tasted, everyone was really nice, the best fries in all of Boston as well!The atmosphere is great and the cost for the sandwich is perfect for the amount of food you get.

The ordering system is efficient - you fill out a paper bag with the fillings and bread and hand it over at checkout and they place your which in that bag. I've had some issues with them messing up what I put on the bag vs what shows up in the sandwich. Service is fairly slow even when the store is pretty empty. Tastes similar to Subway in terms of quality of ingredients
