Just sat there with no waiter coming up for ~15mins and I randomly asked someone to order. No one welcomed us and introduced anything to us while we saw pretty good service for other tables :). Waited 15mins as well for the bill.

Wildly overpriced. The food is ok, but not fantastic. The gyoza are good. Nice bar.

Great food and ok service. Big problem, however, are the drinks. I ordered a Japanese old fashion for $22. Drink arrived in a glass with the world’s largest ice cube in the glass - hardly any room in the glass for the “drink”. Two sips and it was gone! A complete scam!! Ask for your drink without ice and see what you get.

We had our anniversary dinner here as it was one of our first date spot dinner places as the restaurant opened in 2019. The experience and food did not disappoint. We had the signature omasake, with some cocktails. Each plate was prepared with care and attention and we loved every single bite.Thank you all for the service!

I totally love Zuma—it's got an amazing vibe, PERFECT food, and usually awesome service. But this time, when I sat at the bar (which I've done plenty of times before and always had an excellent time with the bartenders), it was a different story with Miki. Right from the start, her attitude was off, and even though she could smile with her coworkers, she seemed to have a problem with us. We ordered cocktails, but once we finished, she didn't bother to check if we wanted more. Then, when a guy next to us offered to buy shots, she completely forgot about them and was just as grumpy when he reminded her. The whole night, she was just miserable, and it really put a damper on our night. I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but this was just too disappointing. I still love Zuma—it's my favorite spot in the city—but this experience was definitely not up to par.

Food was good but it’s the “vibe” and name you’re paying for. $500 for a perfectly “fine” meal. Lovely waiter.

Overpriced for what is given. Food is ok, nothing worth the price. Too loud. The shameful part is, it was a b'day and they charged for the dessert the b'day person ordered. That was truly disgusting. They mint money at Zuma, they couldn't give a dessert????? Every restaurant does. Won't eat there again.

Sushi is ok, definitely not making it into my top-10 sushi places. A lot of expensive ingredients but mix of it & quality is ok, far from being perfect. Table service was good, hostess was pretty arrogant. Atmosphere is ok, but on the loud

Outstanding food, outstanding server I believe her name was Stephanie, she was just amazing. However we had a reservation and we had to wait a bit for the table and the 2 Tops table were to close to each other so it felt crowded, and it was loud as to where I had to seat beside my boyfriend so we can hear each other. Other than that we would definitely go there again because the staff were pretty amazing. Would definitely recommend going.

Very accommodating, they only serve Brunch menu at the tables during Brunch, and A La Carte at the bar, but we already seated and they said we could stay because it was slow, they even went out of their way to make a Dinner menu item for us which wasn’t served during Brunch.Overall the only thing that would keep me from coming back was the price, someone else paid for me but damn … I couldn’t ever see myself paying those prices.Otherwise I would go back, it was a very pleasant experience

Went for new years and paid the premium price of $275 minimum per person which was supposed to include a seasonal omakase menu but rather we were handed the same menu they serve daily. Then we were informed by our waitress that the kitchen will be closing at 12 midnight (which ended up being a lie). We ordered an array of dishes seeing as we had a large minimum. The seared wagyu was cold, chewy, and tasted like straight vinegar. The yellowtail maki roll had an overwhelming wasabi taste and the tempura prawn maki almost felt like plastic in your mouth… not thrilled. Right before 11:30pm our waitress informed us they are doing last call on “all hot foods” you’d think this excludes caviar and a bottle of champagne for the ball drop no? WRONG AGAIN! When we tried to order caviar not even 2 minutes later apparently the chefs had already shut everything down and weren’t able to prepare it for us and they suggested we spend almost $500 on liquor instead. (It was 11:35 we were supposed to have at least 25 mins to order) We had to beg the manager for a half-a$$ caviar presentation that consisted of not ONE hot item so I’m not sure why it was such a fiasco. To top this experience off I have spent the last 3 days since new years nonstop vomiting along with other severe stomach issues that I won’t subject you all to. Save your money and stay home.
