“Wow what a lovely experience I had at this Dunks. I was traveling all morning from NYC to my hometown so I stopped off to get a wake-up wrap and coffee. The wake-up wrap was made perfectly! Usually, it's as if the maker tossed the fillings from across the room, but at this Dunks they were all laid with care. The coffee was also made very well and had the perfect ratio of swirl to coffee!Thank you to the lovely, young boys that were working. They made my day :)“

“Great food(breakfast sandwiches and donuts), great service, Not many tables which was not a problem for us as there were not many people in there when we got there, when we left the place was packed with people waiting for food. We found this place while on vacation, actually drove by it and turned around, glad we did. We will DEFINITELY stop back if we were in the area again. Wish it was near out house. Plenty of parking even if you are in a big truck or towing a trailer.“

“The bagels are supreme. Dunks isn't even in the same league as Dew on bagels. The coffee and prices are about the same, but the food quality and variety of options is vastly superior to dunks. I'm not sure how Dunkin can legally call their product food. The Dew does it right.“

“We visited Honey Dew Donuts. We ordered the original glaze and a chocolate glaze with a coffee and a drink. The portion size was decent and tasted good. The decor and color atmosphere was nice. Employees were polite and were cleaning down counters between attending customers. We will visit Honey Dew Donuts again. ? ? ☕️ ?“

“Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. Great service and I hope this young girl gets recognized for her great job!!“

“Mochinut donuts was very good and I ordered six donuts It wasn't very loud and I didn't want to leave after we ordered and we got our order back And my favorite mochi donut that they had was the s'mores! Next time we go I will try the cool hot dog flavors or some new mochi donut flavors. They also had a neat little photo op area where you could sit and relax I really like the decor and the atmosphere was awesome! Can't wait to go back.“

“I don't normally do reviews, but DeeDee's service was so exceptionally warm, friendly, and 'Perfect' that I just had to. I went through the drive thru and I had to wait a little longer, but she came to the window and let me know that the Bold coffee was just finishing brewing (anyone who complains about a little wait for fresh coffee is someone I will never understand, lol). I also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, and the bacon was crisp, and there was plenty of it!! Wish I lived closer, I would drive thru all the time.I did not go in, and it is a Honey Dew inside a gas station, but DeeDee's service was so great, she earned the 5 stars for 'atmosphere'“

“Mochi donuts with Vietnamese coffee (hot or cold brew) are a heavenly treat, and this is probably the best place in Worcester to get them. Also available: range of tea and coffee beverages and ice cream. The shop really isn’t a place to hang out; so take-out is in my opinion the way to go.“

“I used to live right down the street in walking distance of this convenience store with Honey Dew inside. I now live about an hour away,but still stop in when visiting Worcester. Always a pleasure to see the friendly staff here! They are very fast paced & efficient, always courteous, accurate with orders & welcoming. The lines go fast, because they are wonderful at keeping up with customers. I have never had any issues here before. Coffee is always fresh, made how you like it. Many flavors. Also great cappuccino & bakery items such as muffins, donuts, coffee rolls, dew drops & more! Breakfast sandwiches available also. There is also public restrooms inside of Honey Farms (the convenience store that Honey Dew is located inside). You just need to ask Honey Farms staff to use the key first, because they stay locked. Would recommend!“

“I've been meaning to leave this review forever. Cassandra is such an asset to this Dunkin' location! I hadn't been at the drive thru in a while but she immediately remembered me, saying "No decaf today?" I normally get a decaf but today was buying for another family member who takes regular, not decaf. I was shocked that she remembered that detail! And she is always so pleasant!!! Keep people like her on board...she is great for business!!!“

“The nicest Honey Dew I’ve been to. The staff is very kind and helpful. Their service is quick! They’re very attentive. The food is hot and fresh. And not to mention it is super clean! If you want to be greeted by a smiling face when you’re getting your morning coffee, stop by this Honey Dew. I was also ordering from the DoorDash app, and picking up. And the staff was SO kind to tell me door dash was charging me almost $5 more just to use the app, and to download the Honey Dew app and I will pay regular price with the same benefits. Extremely kind of them to take the extra minute to explain that to me. I only leave good reviews when I had an excellent experience somewhere :)“

Other reviewers have noted the frightening level of efficiency here and it is very true. You'll get your order rapidly even if the place is very crowded. At WPI classes end at 10 minutes before the hour, so the best practice is to visit the place in the bottom half of the hour.“

“There's one guy that works there that you can tell he just doesn't care about his job. I had an ice coffee with the sugar melted and I also had a refill cup. He charged me for a large ice coffee, it was almost a dollar more. And he was just very careless making my order. My coffee was AWFUL!!! The rest of the staff however is much better.“

“I have been to many many many Dunkin’s throughout my life. And this one hands down has the fastest smoothest service ever. It’s so fast that no matter the rush hour I have to make sure I’m ready because I’m not trying to mess up their flow lol I love it here. It’s my FIRST go to Dunkin’s in my way to work. They have never messed up my order which is so rare. Management is everything. The lady who takes the drive through orders is so respectful and kind and I’m pretty sure it’s her that makes sure everything is running smooth. Thank you for making my mornings so much easier.“

“Not sure whats up with these negative reviews. I am a regular here at this dunkins. The staff are always nice and funny, there have been times where my drink is wrong, my food is burnt or the wait times are slow. All of these things typically happen when they are getting slammed with customers. I do not blame them, and everytime i return and request a remake, the staff do it with no questions asked and they never charge me. The food and coffee here is just like any other dunkins in the area, absolute 5 stars.“

“Had probably the best iced Americano I've ever had (from a Dunks, not in my life, obvs) which is noteworthy. They were pretty quick, too. It may be the first time this year that the beans didn't have that burnt Dunks flavor, and there was none of that weird sour water flavor that comes from dirty equipment, so I may get just an iced coffee there next time. Typically, I can't drink dunks ice coffee bc it's just not good, but this place gives me hope.“

“Very thankful for their service! Came in on a day they were very busy and backed up with the drivethru, walk-ins, and a flood of mobile orders. They were moving fast and got to me in a timely manner and were friendly even though I could tell they were short staffed and stressed. Very thankful and appreciative for the service I had today, I could tell today was a challenging day for them. But they completed my order to me within 5 minutes despite how busy they were with 15 cars in drivethru, 8+ people in line, and alot of mobile orders. Only reason 3 of 5 star on atmosphere was 3-4 rude customers complaining about them being short staffed, but not appreciative of how hard the Dunkin crew was working. This store doesn't have chairs and tables, It is designed to be a pickup or drivethru store only. So, I don't understand people's complaints when they could easily go to any Dunkin Donuts within 5min drive on a Saturday. Where do you have to be in a hurry on a weekend day off to complain that much? Too many ungrateful people would rather do complaints in retail and not enough give praise when it is deserved. My order came out fast, correctly and with friendly service. I was very appreciative of their hard work. The 1001 Central St local crew all deserve a raise! And hire more backup or transfer additional employee or 2 from other stores, this store deserves it. They have my respect and praise and compliments. Dunkin management: pass my gratitude directly to the crew here!“
