“This Dunkin is the best in the city, IMO. Better seating/atmosphere than the others. All the coffee and food always comes out perfect; never had an order come out wrong, missing anything, or made sloppily. The baristas are super nice and friendly, too, and always professional. My son and I do a weekly mother/son brunch at Dunkin then go shopping, and this is our favorite one to go to.

Vegetarian options: My son and I both really love the avocado toast, veggie egg white omelette bites, and the hash browns. Neither of us eat any meat, but we do eggs and dairy. The avo toast and hash browns are vegan friendly though. There's other vegetarian options, but those are our faves. Also wish they'd bring back that tomato pesto grilled cheese. Those were amazing.

Kid-friendliness: I have a toddler who's always with me, and he loves the food and always has a nice time. There's also high chairs available.

Wheelchair accessibility: Entrances and bathrooms are easily accessible. I don't have anyone with a wheelchair in my family, but I bring my son in his stroller, and I'm able to roll him right in. Ramps, wide enough doors, all that good stuff. No automatic doors though.“

“The employees at 1775 Main Street Dunkin are my absolute favorite there! I'm a regular and they all recognize me the second I walk in! More than half the time I go in there they see my face and IMMEDIATELY start making my coffee! And they are all the sweetest girls there. and the tall guy who always makes my hash browns always throw a couple extra in there and I absolutely love & appreciate him for that. I've had problems at all the dunks in the surrounding area. And not once has my coffee been wrong. Now that is incredible! I will always recommend this Dunkin Donuts to anyone who asks! 10 outta 5 stars for me!“

“I came there today3/21/24 around 4:30p-4:50. I ordered two breakfast empanadas. As I’m coming back into the store I said these are cold. The gentleman didn’t seemed liked he cared at all. So the young lady that he was working with apologized for him. She remade my order and made sure they were fully cooked this time around.“

This was the last hope to receive any consistency, which unfortunately now has converted into a model of inconsistency like the rest of Dunkins in Brockton- rude staff, wrong orders (3 this wk alone) and if actually correct, food is over/under cooked. So thank you for allowing me to save over $40/ wk and $2K a year going forward simply by never letting Dunkin ruin a morning treat ever again:)“

I just want to shout out the Dunkin Donuts at 634 centre st in brockton ! First off I was greeted with a great smile and excellent customer service skills today! The best way to start the New Year 2025! 🎊😁My order had a quite a few items included two drinks one hot one iced and they were BOTH made to prefection. All my items were accounted for and they even brought my order to my car when I was silly enough to not press the place my order button in the app lol it’s easy to be overwhelmed in fast service but, they checked off all the boxes of perfect service and now will be a returning customer for all my DD needs in the city of champions!“

“In order for the coffee to remain consistent and good quality, the machines must be calibrated. Not only does this location have consistent great coffee, it feels like they prepare orders with love which is known for enhancing the quality of a meal. The hash-browns are never over or under cooked. Today, they were thicker and tastier. The servers are also friendly and fast at any time which is impressive given the heavy workload their endure. Specifically during certain timeframes. The physical space has always been clean when I’ve had to go inside which contributes to a good experience knowing that they take cleanliness serious. Overall, I love this location the best.“

“Maybe it's because I came when it was quiet, the place was spotless and I was greeted the moment I walked in, serviced immediately, they didn't have one of the items I was hoping to get they were apologetic and it felt sincere, honestly I wasn't expecting an apology, but it was incredibly professional and made me feel very valued as a customer.

They made my drink in record time and the person who announced it was ready did it with a smile.

Honestly this professionalism and service is something I expect more at a sit-down restaurant than at a quick stop like Dunkin. I've been thinking all Dunkin places have gone down hill, but tell corporate you all deserve a bonus because you have actually convinced me to come back to a Dunkin location.

Parking: It's a small parking lot, but I've also never seen it full, it's mostly drive-thru, there is plenty of free street parking“
