“I've been coming here with my grandparents since the early 2000's way before the renovation into the other part of the strip mall and I haven't been disappoints once by the food or service! The waitresses and owner are always welcoming and are always helpful while you're there eating. They deserve all of the customers they get and I plan on always coming during a weekend I come back home!If you haven't had a chance to try Alexander's yet I would highly recommend you give it a chance!Parking: Depending on the time you go, you will get your parking. If there is t any room in the strip mall parking area, there is always a side street to park on legally to go in and eat or pick up your food.“
“UPDATE:Came back here in 2024 to visit friends and the food has changed dramatically for the worse.Man....things sure do change.I ordered a stuffed quahog and it tasted awful and smelled like a wet dog. They took it off our tabThen I ordered a Meatball sub and the bread was cold and mozzarella wasn't even melted and the cheese was underneath the meatballs. And to be honest, the tomato sauce tasted like it was from a jar. They took it off our tab. The Chicken and Rice soup and my husband asked for it to be boiling hot and it came out barely warm.We won't be back.“
“Only giving 4 stars because they don’t carry cheddar cheese but other than that great experience! I got the super beef with provolone and it was to die for. The roast beef is rare, fresh, and the portion is huge! In my opinion this place beats some of the North Shore roast beef places. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. “Staple and classic. Anyone that grew up on Oak St or in the nearby apartment complexes knows how much this place hits. Seems it’s under new management? But the slices are ? good deal for 2 slices and a soda. The steak and cheese also ?. When I was a kid I use to get the steak and cheese with pepperoni inside. Prices are still good. If you’re not from Brockton don’t be alarmed, this is right by multiple housing projects so it can be a lil ghetto and fights, robberies and shootings do be happening in this parking lot lol“

“I picked up the haddock family fish fry Saturday night and I have to say it was probably the best fried haddock we’ve ever had. The batter had a slightly sweet flavor and the fish was so flaky, and cooked perfectly!! French fries were crispy and the coleslaw was amazing!! Definitely getting this again!“
“We have been ordering from here for 8 or 9 years now, sometimes ordering a couple days a week! Not only is the service/staff incredibly kind and accommodating, but they go above and beyond. The food is always hot, fresh and absolutely delicious!!!!Our favorites are buff chicken calzone with ranch instead of Bleu cheese, pastrami and swiss sub with mustard on the side, always their pizzas and fries, chicken and rice dinner with extra rice in place of a salad.Highly recommend Pizza Palace!!!!P.S. The comment from Scott Getman... What planet did you go to and find a pizza palace? I order pizza through delivery and it's always piping hot like I just got it inside the store. Also, it is DOUGH....not DOE. “As soon as I walked in, my order was taken. I had the chicken wings and two slices of pepperoni pizza.The chicken wing had a nice exterior crunch to the with the extra flavor I had from the honey mustard sauce. Th two slices of pizza were hot a fresh out of the oven mmmmm good. “We tried a few places in town and have concluded that this is the best pizza in the Montello area. We like the shrimp and garlic pizza, and the supreme, and the meat lovers, and the buffalo chix sub (fried). The food here is consistent and delicious“
“I had this place recommended by my older sister who ordered from here years ago and the food did not disappoint. we ordered the three-way kebab it was absolutely delicious , grilled perfectly and very flavorful!
