Trial and kinda-error has proved that cooking them on the grill at home is 100% the way to go. Air fryer, oven, metal pizza pan, stone sheet - nothing else gets the crust crispy and the edges laced like the grill does.

Linguica - Portuguese sausage - with bell peppers is my absolute fave!
Hubs loves - but due to Dutch Oven'ing after effects ?? is no longer allowed to have - the Bean Special

“Aug 2024: Ordered the Liberty Steak pizza, the Chicken com Catupiry, and the Liberty Chicken Arebaba. The arebaba sandwich is amazing, best around and is a shredded Chicken version of a x-frango kind of. Both pizzas were amazing and super fresh ingredients that you can really tell.
