Trial and kinda-error has proved that cooking them on the grill at home is 100% the way to go. Air fryer, oven, metal pizza pan, stone sheet - nothing else gets the crust crispy and the edges laced like the grill does.

Linguica - Portuguese sausage - with bell peppers is my absolute fave!

I was really surprised to see the owner is the one making the food himself and the staff did the easy stuff like run the register, but when I tried that pizza I understood why.
