“The service here was fast, the waitstaff were incredibly helpful, and my drink was made perfectly! I decided to stay and enjoy my beverage; the atmosphere is spacious, comfortable, and laid-back.
​My only minor complaint is that the room has quite a bit of an echo. Whenever someone spoke loudly or a blender ran, the noise amplified significantly—adding some acoustic panels would really help dampen the sound.
​That being said, from an eat-in perspective, this location is leagues ahead of competitors like Dunkin'. While the pricing is on the higher side, that is to be expected with Starbucks; you know you aren't just getting a basic coffee from Cumbies or Dunks.“

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Alton, one of the managers at the Starbucks near Westgate Plaza in Brockton, for providing truly excellent customer service. I usually stop by in the morning or afternoon, and I have seen Alton working there many times. He is always friendly, professional, welcoming, and very considerate toward customers.

Recently, I called about a coffee I was planning to order that normally comes with a lot of ice. Alton took the time to explain that because I was having some throat discomfort, that particular drink might not be the best choice for me. Instead of simply taking my order, he had a thoughtful conversation with me, listened to my concern, and recommended another option that would be more comfortable for me. I really appreciated the care, patience, and genuine concern he showed.

It is rare to come across someone who takes the extra time to make a customer feel heard and cared for. Alton went beyond simply providing good service—he made the experience feel personal and welcoming.
