Starbucks in Braintree

“This Starbucks has the most incredible employees. They were so kind, and incredibly friendly. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names but the lovely cashier and the gentleman greeting people for their online orders were bringing so much positive energy!! Fantastic experience this morning. Great job!“

“This is one of two Starbucks inside South Shore Plaza. The other one is located outside of Target, near Macy’s, and it is a stall. I prefer this Starbucks because you can use your Target RedCard for additional discounts. However, both locations run the same deals.

The quality of the drinks here is good when it is not busy. If it is busy, then the drinks can be a hit or miss. I feel like the workers are usually students working part-time, so the staff changes frequently.

There is some seating inside, but you could also sit elsewhere in the mall.

Plenty of parking.“
