“3 star service is NOT because of staff it is for the drive thru automated service. A few times I could not order specifics easily like catsup only or if you rattle off your orders like you would with a person the automated system can't keep up then everything from there is confusing and questionable if what you ordered is going to be correct. They really should go back to human order taking at the drive thru.
Wendys in the colder months indoor dining is usually little to be desired. Most of the time soda options are unavailable and temperature is cold inside almost giving the feeling that they make it uncomfortable to discourage dining in. But of the 3 quick burger joints around here their burgers are the best in my opinion.“
