“Alex is a Rockstar. Alex offered fast, kind, and informative service. While clearly understaffed Alex seemed to be working 3 roles;headset, cashier(window) and seemed to be helping the cooks as well. Alex was attentive-- made sure my order was correct, my coupon applied and rewards attached. When you are in a rush and need a quick meal, Alex is exactly the type of worker you want taking your order. :)“

“So I came here tonight on a busy Wednesday night, I ordered ahead on the app and when I arrived I was notified they were a little bit behind and it would be a bout a 15 minute wait time if I still wanted to order to which I replied I have a mobile order and I don’t mind waiting at all. The point of this review which I don’t usually leave many but as another fellow fast food worker I’d like to give this man acknowledgment and i unfortunately did not catch his name but he was a very professional looking guy he was a black man and he had a red polo style shirt on probably a manager I’m assuming and if he is he is rightfully so! He was so professional and didn’t let the lines or wait times or pressure crack him or get to him he remained very calm sorted out the food orders and cleared the line very quickly. He also was very polite the entire time made sure I got my entire order and everything was very delicious and made correctly and everything was there which is so rare to find these days at the drive thrus especially when in a rush I already know how stressful it is to not get sloppy or mess up orders. I truly want him to get some type of award or acknowledgment for it because he deserves it and I know when someone leaves a good comment about me in the past it’s really made my day and made me feel good and gives you something to think about when stuff gets hard so I’d love to pass it forward to him to keep doing amazing and focus on the grind don’t let it stop you ever!“
