“These are the best soup dumplings I’ve ever had and the pan fried dumplings and turnip cakes were also top notch.
This place is a small casual spot with a few tables inside the Kam Man grocery store (when you enter the building, go straight and it will be on your right). Service is lovely. We also bought dumplings to make at home.
Highly recommend!“

“The food is amazing. Tons of vegan options and even a little vegan menu with vegan meats such as vegan eel, pork and chicken and several vegan dim sum options. I love the Herbal iced tea. It’s not too sweet. Not all vegan options are clearly labeled. Only some. So ask questions.
The people are nice, but sometimes you have to speak up if you need something service wise.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian veggie buns, vegan pork bbq buns, fried Buddha rolls, and the veggie rice rolls. There are more but I can’t remember them all off the top of my head. Some sweet ones that I don’t usually order with bean pastes.“

“Dumpling King is a great takeaway dumplings spot in Chinatown, Boston. It’s in a small food court with other takeaway places, there’s not really anywhere to sit so it’s very much best for takeaway. The fried dumplings are really good and so cheap - $6.50 for 10! We liked the chicken and pork ones! They only come with soy sauce. If you get there when it’s busy it takes a little time - you need to get there before 5.30pm when it seems to close. Overall recommend for your dumpling fix.“

“Hidden gem indeed. Very authentic Chinese (I am not but it definitely was NOT Americanized and tasted great )….
Dim sums are hot and steaming. Entree Portions are BiG ! Food is not spicy but one can add it easily. Prices are very reasonable. Very unimposing facade but good location. Parking may be an issue.“

“We liked the seafood with crunchy noodles, it was great and a huge portion as pictured. The scallion dumplings for dim sum weren’t worth it. The pork buns were! Delicious. And then I got the sesame balls which I thought were delicious as well. Also good spot where we weren’t rushed at all and given tea to chat with“

“Cool old theatre converted to a restaurant. Food was middle of the road. My main complaint is you dont know what things are when you buy them. If they could add a simple description of what youre buying it would make the place much better. Ended up tossing half the stuff we ordered because we didnt know what we were buying. Oh well.“

“Winsor Dim Sum Café – A Dim Sum Gem in Boston Chinatown
We tried Winsor Dim Sum Café recently, and honestly, it hit all the right notes. If you’re looking for solid, authentic dim sum in Boston’s Chinatown, this place is a winner.
We weren’t here for the ambiance—just came for the food, and it delivered. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and came out fast. The service was great too—friendly and super efficient, which isn’t always the case with dim sum spots.
We ordered a bunch of dishes: shiu mai, fried rice, several kinds of bao, and other classic dim sum staples—and every single thing was delicious. The bao especially stood out: soft, warm, and packed with flavor. My family, who lived in China for a few years, was impressed and said it tasted like the real deal. That’s a pretty strong endorsement.
We’ve tried a few other spots in Chinatown, but Winsor stands out for three things: the taste, the speed, and the service. Definitely adding this to the go-to list when we’re craving dim sum.“

“Their dim sum is really authentic & tasty. But the seating is not well thought. It's small and crowded. I had to sit at a corner of a small square table with my other 2 friends. The waitress is not social & and bypasses us many times without telling us she would be with us or ask if we're ready. They wrote down the wrong dish & brought it to us. We declined it & asked for correct one. It's a.....
Parking: Or you can park 1 street down at town parking lot for 2 hr free.“

“Today, my wife told me that she wanted to have some good Chinese food, so we decided to explore a good Chinese restaurant. We came across a restaurant called The Dumpling Garden in Saugus, and we went there to try their food. It was the best experience we’ve had so far. I fully recommend it, and the staff there is very friendly. You should definitely go and try it!“

“Jumbo Seafood is hands down one of the best late-night dining spots in the area. We came in pretty late, but the staff were still welcoming, attentive, and never rushed us. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and every dish was bursting with flavor. The chili crab lived up to the hype, perfectly cooked with a rich, savory sauce that we couldn’t stop dipping into. The cereal prawns were a fun surprise ,crispy, sweet, and addictive.
What really stood out was the overall experience: efficient service, generous portions, and a lively yet relaxed vibe even late at night. It’s rare to find a place open this late that doesn’t compromise on quality. If you’re craving seafood after hours, Jumbo Seafood is a must. We’ll definitely be back!“
