The shoyu 1910 was delicious. Broth just right, pork belly tender and juicy, and the noodles tasted fresh.

Gantetsu-Ya, located in the Arcade building, offers a selection of authentic Japanese street food. Their takoyaki and karaage are highly praised for their delicious taste. The karaage is described as juicy, tender, and enveloped in a crispy potato starch batter, served with a tangy soy-based sauce. Although their okonomiyaki seems to have been removed from the menu, their traditional chicken karaage and gyoza are recommended as excellent alternatives. Despite being overshadowed by a popular ramen place nearby, Gantetsu-Ya is worth a visit.
