“Came with a small group of three and ended up eating a lot more than I expected! We had the pork belly and chicken, and all the meat was really well made! Staff was attentive and even patient when we weren't so sure what to choose. Will be coming back in the future!“
“Very good hot pot and barbeque restaurant. Pre-cooked hot pots comes with just the right amount of everything and comes in all levels of spiciness. Takoyaki here is great as well! Price is very reasonable.

“I tried Code 1 BBQ today after seeing it on Facebook for months. The food is nothing short of FANTASTIC!! The brisket was juicy and had great bark, the pork belly was crispy and very flavorful, and the chicken was some of the best I’ve ever had. My favorite part though - the beef tallow fries were incredible. If you like BBQ and haven’t tried Code 1 I’d highly recommend stopping in. The food is great and the owners are so friendly. We had a great chat while i waited for food and their story is amazing. Well done Code 1!!“

“We stopped by the Smoke Shop in Woburn earlier than they opened. The director of operations noticed us and insisted we stay and eat. The food was remarkable - pulled chicken was seasoned very well and so moist, and thr brisket was melt-in-your mouth good. Even more impressive was the service - made more so because they hadn't yet opened. Great food, great service and, frankly, great music. We'll be return customers.“

“Went in this evening with family and friends. The food was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed steak tips with rice and it was impeccable. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere has changed a lot (same great vibes) which I love. Charlie is such a kind and caring human. He’s always been a love! “The food was very good and the prices very reasonable. We had a nice small room for a 40th birthday party.. Hostess and someone answering the phones were sooo accommodating…..However the service was good but the comments from our server, Stephanie were definitely uncalled for. I was asked what I wanted to drink and explained what was in it, so it wouldn’t come out wrong…. I was told I was particular!?! Then my son asked a question and she said to him, “Didn’t you hear me tell the other end of the table the same thing”!?!? Then I held my hand out so that I could take the bill and not let my daughter, the birthday girl pay, and she said “well aren’t you bossy” !!! SERIOUSLY SO uncalled for. And I even tipped her more than 20% because we got everything in a timely manner.“

“5 stars but they dont have ANY WAY to order a combination of sushi rolls unless you order from the lunch menu during the 4 hours a day that its available. Like, come on guys just take the Lunch Menu version and add $2 to it like every other place does, im sick of walking to Mandarin it's like a whole half street farther away lol“

“I haven't eaten here in years. Mostly because I lived out of the area for close to 8 years. They've really stepped up their beef game. Nice and rare, tender and piled high. Lots of sauce and cheese on the bottom and top (I ordered extra). Excellent sandwich 👍“

“Had dinner with my wife and it was a great experience except for the service. We went long periods of time without seeing our server. We had to grab other servers to ask for refills. Steaks were perfect; however, the broccoli was over-steamed.“

“The old location had better vibes, but the food is still very good and consistent, I've probably been here or ordered out 25+ times over the years. One word of advice I'll offer is I've been told this place is more northern Chinese style, but they still have some menu items that are more southern/western dishes and I tend to not think they are as good here.“

“We usually call and check to see if our favorite server Christine is working, but she had the night off. So I ask the hostess to recommend a server who was good. Well She suggested Ashley, who was absolutely amazing! Great personality, great service, never felt rushed, checked back to see how everything was !! To top it off for the very first time in all the years I have been coming here this is the very first time we had a very nice Manager come to our table and ask how everything was!!! His name was Mike. He was walking around checking with other tables, helping deliver food. I was so impressed! “Packed at 6pm on a Sunday night, but I dined solo so I got the last seat available!
Service was a bit slow considering the full house but was still very friendly! I ordered:
Yukhoe: Was so good and reminded me of Yukhoe back in Korea! Great portion size too (and they have a smaller size available).
Chicken Teriyaki: A tad bit too sweet for my liking but the chicken was so juicy and paired perfectly with this rice.

“Nice place to party. They are open over the weekends and in the evening. Entry is free till 12am. Post 12am it’s a $5 entry. Don’t forget to carry your id. They have a dance floor, 2 bar counters. They also have 3 pool tables. Liquor is priced decent. Street parking is available.“
