Probably the worst Dunkin in the area. Staff is completely uninterested in serving customers. They will ignore the in-store customers as they walk around preparing other orders.
They didn't have Munchkins at 8 AM, didn't seem to care, and did not indicate that any would be made.
Pretty sure they're only staying open because of the prime location and lack of other options on the street.

The woman in charge today (11/18/24 @ 10:00am) was very rude. Made me wait to grab my hot coffee for my brisket hash browns to come out. By the time i left my coffee was cold. Got to my hotel half a mile away and the brisket was non-existent from my order. Not going back to that dunkin again.

Dunkin' is a busy spot, with Susan providing excellent service even during peak hours. To avoid delays, ordering online is recommended. Despite a shortage of staff, the hardworking team maintains quality service. Regulars appreciate the dedicated workers but suggest management should address staffing concerns for a better experience.
