“A hidden gem; good authentic Indian food. Chicken is nice and tender, no ‘nasty bits’. My wife and I shared a 2 entree combo, with Naan, rice and samosas. The vindaloo has a really nice kick, and my wife really enjoyed the tikka masala. She is pretty picky and thoroughly enjoyed her meal, so that is about as high a level of credit as you can offer 😅

Service could improve a little. The folks don’t communicate very well.. there’s a process to getting your food and having to wait for certain items, but they don’t exactly make it clear. But it doesn’t put us off. We’re grown ups and can work it out.

Obviously you’re eating in mall food court, so this isn’t haute cuisine; but for a quick and easy decent tasting authentic Indian meal at reasonable prices, this is not bad.“

I decided on fried chicken and fried vegetable rice, which turned out to be an awesome choice. The rice came out first, and it was fantastic. The chicken was perfectly crisp, just the way I like it, even though I didn't request it that way. The customer service was top-notch—very professional. Tonight we had Saag Paneer and Paneer Tikka Masala with garlic naan and chai. Fresh, warm naan is always tasty but at some restaurants as it cools it becomes doughy and tasteless. At Rang, the naan is good hot or cool. The curries were tasty and the medium spiciness was just right. The samosas had lots of stuffing, and the wrap was not oily (an issue at many).“
